Really clean with a great set of staff. Plenty of parking and an on site drive through.

This specific location is open 24 hours which is a bonus for the early travellers on their way to and from scotland.

We stopped by on our way to Scotland from Northumberland, very convenient and in such a good location. The food was excellent, I changed some of the options on my breakfast and the order came fast and correct. The establishment itself is clean and well stocked with sugar, stirrers, sauce etc.

Very clean and well presented restaurant. All the screen menus were working and you didn't stick to the tables. Ordered the flatbread for breakfast and was really surprised it wasn't stuck to the wrapper nor was it squashed flat like a euclid dump truck had driven over it and the coffee wasn't as bitter as Ebeneezer Scrooge losing the lottery by one number. The staff were polite and very helpful and didn't flap when a coach load of people turned up and started placing large orders. The toilets were immaculate and the air freshener wasn't over powering. The staff even brought out a selection of sauces to safe time and had nice little conversations even offering advice on places to visit if you were not local. Think this place should be one to visit if your in the area.

Food was served piping hot unlike Thirsk were their chips are cold . Staff were helpful and cheerful.

Quick service, nice staff, food was lovely and hot which is unusual for me as I live in the Liverpool region where usually McDonalds lacks in terms of heat and presentation and taste depending on the branch ofcourse. This place does not have that issue 😀

We come here regularly on our trips to Betwick. Excellent place just off the A1. Plenty of parking. Served quickly, friendly staff. Toilets clean. Full menu. Recommended.

Brilliant service & excellently prepared food in one of the new style restaurants. Easily my best McDonald's experience - partly because I was eating their FANTASTIC new Signature Collection burgers, but also because the staff were helpful, courteous and fun. Loved it. Well done all on shift this evening.

Didn't have 2 wait long for order.
Tasty as usual for a breakfast.

Every single time we’re passing here and we stop in, the food is absolutely unreal, hot, fresh, and presented well, and was ready within 10 mins of ordering, compared to the cramlington and ashington stores which is usually missing stuff, cold/soggy and it’s just been thrown in a wrapper, and your usually waiting over 20 mins for it 😅 would 100% make the journey to come to the Alnwick McDonald’s, as the standards are just so much higher and make the price actually worth it 👌🏼

The self service machine ate my reciept with my order number but the staff were helpful and found my order on the system and it was no problem for them, overall staff very friendly and food nice and hot!

Hot food & drinks very friendly staff

Lovely lovely polite and interactive staff. The lady on the 'floor' chatted with our toddler and twice told us to "enjoy our meal" which is typically an unheard of service in places like McDonald's. She didn't have a name tag on, otherwise I'd have sent compliments directly to McDonald's.

Absolutely perfect, and trust me, I can moan for England. Everything was correct (customised items), everything was there fries were superb and the young man who brought it to the car was, well, just polite and cheerful.
The whole place needs a medal well happy.

Long journey didn't even know where I was and thought why not. Despite certain challenges, including tiredness I have enjoyed everything about this place. Was greeted by Paul the cleaner who I was delighted to find lived even more south than my long drive home. Very friendly and glad I have come.

Lovely little McDonalds to break up the journey on our way home from a weekend away. My children loved the little climbing frame outside too.

Did order on click & collect, had to go in restaurant because they forgot one of the burgers we ordered.

Convenient located McDonald's, quitet and clean

Needed fuel for my body while my car charged. Excellent service food brought to my table & was not charged the ridiculous price of £0.10 for a curry sauce portion.
