Morrisons Daily

This was a great little find. As there are no shops near our caravan site we have to travel into Alnwick for bits and bobs. Spotted this shop when picking up meds from pharmacy next door and it has a great selection of food and drink ect. Great to have something a little closer.

A good shop however my recent visit has been completely spoiled by one incredibly rude worker going by the name of "Tee Jay". I came in to refill one of my refillable slush cups; absolutely no greeting whatsoever, no please, thank you or goodbye, and to add insult to injury I was overcharged on the price of the refill and did not notice until I checked my account transaction balance.

Clearly anyone with an attitude like this individual is not fit to hold a position where they are expected to serve and interact with customers; what's even the point of choosing such a job in the first place?? I also don't want to make this one-star review an implication that I will not be returning or that every single aspect of the shop is bad, as all of the other workers who have served me in the past have been lovely and clearly know what's part of their job role. All I can advise to others though is to avoid this said woman if you actually want to be served by someone who can do their job properly!
