Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital

I had my breast reconstruction here very recently and could not fault the facilities, the food was top notch and the nurses and care was second to none. I could not praise the staff and nurses high enough and would certainly use this facility again abd would highly recommend. The care I received was high class and caring I almost did not want to come home.

Very happy with the level of care received at Nuffield Bart’s, from their friendly appointment bookings team straight through to the receptionists, outpatient nurses and imaging department at the hospital.
Their facilities and equipment are all new and it’s centrally located, which makes for a pleasant visit, but it’s the people that made it five star for me.
Would definitely recommend - thanks everyone for looking after me!

Came for a scan today. Niaz and the radiographers were fantastic. Beautiful facility, top service, excellent clinicians.
Overall a brilliant experience

Being 8 months pregnant and out of nowhere had sciatica and lower back pain. I saw Jennie Hughes today and she is a life saver. Managed to reduce my pain in one session. Highly recommend her.

The care was excellent from the consultant,catering team and the nurses looking after me(Damari and LA) thank you all for the help and care,I will recommend my friends,
It was a really good experience and I didn't feel like I was in a hospital but a hotel.

I’ve been twice and I’ve found it to be so professional and welcoming and very clean.
I’m going to have to go back again for some more appointments and I am pleased I chose this place and would recommend it for its professionalism.

Its a private hospital with an NHS twist. Pretty good overall but not as good as some.

I had a outpatient clinic appointment here today that had apparently been cancelled but I was not informed, even received text and email confirmation right to last moment. Rearranged my day and really needed to see the doctor , completely wasted journey. Secretary not available, no information when I arrived . Poor receptionist did not know anything. Subsequently informed was a ´glitch’ on IT systems at Nuffield . I am not so sure. Seemed like I was a victim of poor communication all round. Will not be attending again, much nicer and better organised private facilities in central london. Never had this experience at One WellBeck, London Bridge or John’s/Lizzies. Had a distinct NHS feel especially in terms of very poor administration and arrogance to cancel clinics at last minute not taking every effort to inform the patient.

One of the worst places we went to. My wife was suffering from a prolapse went to have the treatment done sooner then NHS but the doctor was clueless and gave us misleading information and what was worst is when we put a complaint in we found out that it wasn’t a permanent doctor it was one they get if they get busy I guess. I will never use Nuffield. Everyone read there review on trustpilot
