Pets at Home Bridgwater

Both my cats are registered in the vets upstairs and are always friendly staff.

Normally end up buying things for my cats as I'm walking through the store, nearly bought them several scratching posts every time I go in due to wide selection of products for most regular pets and reasonable pricing for most products

A great store with everything you could need for your pet. Staff are friendly and helpful and they are always pleased to meet your pets.

Always have what we want and at a great price. Hand with click and collect service too!

Update 9th March 2023 excellent visit to the store today day and helped by a gentleman called Andy who I believe is assistant manager.

As I have a disability I had to ask for assistance, Andy was cheerful, professional, empathetic, a definite asset to the company.

Went in on Wednesday helped by member of staff I think called Amy, outstanding young lady, helpful, polite and a real ambassador for the business.

It's a perfect place and the staff are so friendly and helpful,iv always gone to pets at home for advice.

They have taken excellent care of our cat from very small kitten to nearly two years old. The staff are friendly, and helpful. He was neutered, and this procedure was carried out very well.

Massive thank you for getting Dexter in straight away and for doing all you could. Although unfortunately they were unable to repair Dexter's leg themselves, they took great care of him whilst he was there and got us in to a specialist within an hour, great service.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, despite being usually quite busy and having rude customers to deal with! The Pets at Home app is also worthwhile, to get points in store and discounts on certain products.

My first experience here with the inlaws dog and the poor dog didn't come out but the service in the vets was amazing. Very personal and kind to my needs. I'm very impressed with them.

Had some problems with the high hp in my tank after buying fish here and they where beyond helpful testing my water and finding out that it was my tap water. Debbie, a staff member even went as far as to doing research in her own time to help me. Highly recommend 👌

Vets within the store are fantastic, and their packages of care available for puppies are incredible value, I was very impressed. I got the best start in life package for my new pup and all vaccines, vet checks, flea and worm treatment for first 4 months was just £84, and I got some free food and 4 weeks worth of insurance .. amazing value for money

Very clean, tidy store. Great variations of products and really helpful staff.

Rosie went to visited the vets and there the best in town. GREAT TEAM. Would recommend everyone to take pets to the vets. Best in town. Don't forget to get your pet plan it saves you a lot of money in the run. It's helpful when you need to take your pet regularly to see the vet.

By far my favourite pets at home and pet store locally.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The vets are amazing. My poodle loves them.
A wide range and variety of animal products at a reasonable price too. Quite a large store with a few small furries for sale as well.

Great customer service bought some fish and the lady was very helpful and gave really good advice!
