Phoned for an appt and was offered one within 15 mins , receptionist were friendly and helpful getting my dog a blanket to lay on while waiting , didn't have to wait long and the vet man was really good explained everything and also about the cost was very pleased with the help and would go there again in the future if needed

Professional , trustworthy, and honest advice. Always go out their way to fit my dog in with the same vet that she has seen her whole life, which I feel makes it a more personal service .

Would recommend Blake vets to anyone. Called about my cat not breathing properly and got an appointment in an hour. The gentleman (I want to say his name was Chris) (blondish hair and beard) was really calm when my cat was hyperventilating and panting to the point of almost death and was honest but sensitive about our options. He said to take our time on our decision but we knew we had to let her go. He was compassionate and the trainee vet nurse was also calm and compassionate when putting her to sleep. When we came out of the room, fur baby at rest, the receptionist saw the notes on her file and said " oh I'm so sorry" so caring and empathetic. Thank you all today x

Never taken our dog to vets before where they almost drag you in the front door they are so excited to get in.
Friendly and caring staff who really care about what they do and who they are doing it for.

Can't recommend highly enough, so good with our two cats, they're happy to answer questions and they always explain treatment plans and choices. Our boys love the attention they get. We also buy food from them which is 10% off with the pet plan and had them neutered which was 20% off with the petplan which made extremely good value.

I am recommending to my son who is with another Vet as I was so impressed with the expertise shown on just our first visit.

Had to visit Blakes this week and Sue, the Vet was just brilliant. Sue examined the cat and was so gentle with him, diagnosed the problem and recommended the treatment. I was heart broken and although I had not been to the practice before had a great deal of empathy and was sympathetic towards me.

Have been taking all my pets here for a period of 13 years. Starting from our Tortoise , Guinea Pig's, Hamsters and Dog. Nothing is too much trouble and you can see the vets love and care about every animal. The receptionists are top class. I can't fault them. Professional and very caring. We have the monthly plan so that includes regular checks, boosters and flea treatment. Would definitely recommend that as you get text reminders also. I wouldn't use another service as i love everything about Blake Vets. They're always been exceptional for us

Fantastic customer service! We used Blake vets in an 'emergency' after my dog was attacked by another dog. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and supportive. The care my dog received was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Blake vets for 35 years with all my pets (dogs and chickens), and my parents pets too.

In all that time, my pets and I have always been treated with professionalism, balanced with a humorous and compassionate approach. Even though I moved further away, and there are vets practices closer to me, I would never change.

Have been with this vets for over 30 yrs and have always been pleased with the treatment our animals have received. Do try to see the same vet every time though.

I am always very pleased with the service at Blake Vets. Excellent staff who are very caring and helpful. The vets are very approachable and discuss in detail if treatment is required. The treatment is what is needed for our cat's health and not unnecessary.
