Our item was sent to the wrong address, completely our fault, and Naomi assisted us all the way through the process to make sure the address was changed with the courier. Order processed quickly and posted as per advertised. Customer support from Naomi was excellent, very quick to respond when I urgently needed to add an additional tool to my order to get same day postage. This was the only store who stocked the Shimano tools and DI2 part I needed. High recommended.

My Thorn Raven has not been used for a couple of years due to health issues, so booked it in for a full Thorn Service at SJS before resuming duties.
Living a couple of hundred miles away and having chatted to bike mechanics locally I was just not confident in letting them loose on the Rohloff internal hub system.
Firstly may I say what an absolute pleasure it was to return to SJS for the first time since I purchased my Raven 8 or so years ago.

Very good experience with online ordering. Very quick delivery (which I paid for) but it was done nonetheless. Tyres were well packed and of good quality.

I’ve used SJS Cycles a lot over the years, as well as the main things all cyclists need, they always have the rarer specialist parts. The service (availability of stock/price levels/speed of distribution and customer service) has always been good, but unusually for any company these days their service and communication seems to be improving even more of late. I can’t fault the transactions and the human interactions are a sheer pleasure. That may sound a tad dramatic - but if you’re after something unusual and need to do returns to try stuff, they’re amazing. Good luck to them.

I could not find the Hope RX4+ calipers anywhere in the states let alone in the color that I wanted (blue). But SJS had them with colored rotors in stock. They even shipped them faster then local US shops with DHL express. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Great customer service. I've ordered stuff from SJS before, and delivery is always prompt.
A couple of days ago I ordered a bike component which then snapped when I was attaching it. SJS refunded me, no bother, and I didn't need to send the broken part back (it was a small component).

SJS was really the best bike shop I could hope for. When I was looking for a Brompton they had such an amazing choice, fantastic value, and some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in ages. They made it so simple to have it shipped right to my door and made processing the cycle to work scheme so easy.

St John Street Cycles are an excellent outfit, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great range of items and often have a hard to find part.

The parts were lovely and very well wrapped - 3 hubs, cog and rim all light enough to carry one-handed on the ride home. The only slight hitch was the interface between Parcel Force and US Postal Service, as they apparently don't cross-reference their tracking or send notifications. SJS rocks; international delivery is always a crapshoot.

Thought logo looked familiar and realised world unicyclist Ed Pratt purchased his tandem from here. They had niche Shimano part I needed at a good price. Easy to buy and it turned up promptly well packaged. 5/5.
