M&S Foodhall

Very helpful staff; the shop is small, but the staff are very accommodating. A lady in the self-checkout area today, thank you so much for your amazing assistance. I was in the shop with my disabled child; he didn't want to stay any longer, but I needed to check out. She took my basket and processed the checkout for me, and I just made the payment.

Been going here for the better part of a year. Some of the nicest members of staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The food, while expensive, matches the value. Respecting social distancing rules with a member of staff checking people going in to ensure it's not too crowded.

The most helpful and friendly staff. I did not have a £1 coin today to use a trolley but a very kind assistant offered to get one for me with her own £1 coin. I was immensely grateful. So kind of her! Another assistant then proceeded to help me transfer all my shopping from my basket to the trolley. Great selection of food and priced accordingly for the quality and service. Highly recommend this store

M&S Foodhall in Bridgwater is a nice welcoming place with very pleasant staff on tills and on shelf filling. Always pop in for a treat. Quality matches price. You pay extra for good quality products.

I went in there yesterday to get a gift card and the lovely lady that served me was really helpful and kind, she went out of her way to help me and it was appreciated. I had my son in my arms and she could see I was struggling so she was helpful from beginning to end! Wonderful service will definitely go back again.

This was my first time visiting this store and it was fab. Greeted by a friendly member of staff who directed me towards the hand sanitizer and handed me a basket. The selection was great and the check out staff were also really friendly as well. Highly recommended :)

I work nearby and pop into the store regularly on a Friday to buy the dine for 2 deal costing £12 as a treat. The food hall is usually well stocked, clean and the staff helpful. There's plenty of free parking directly outside which makes it really convenient.

M&S food Hall is always a nice place to shop at and you can also collect goods that you've ordered online at M&S and when you collect your order you can shop for lovely flowers, wine,beer you name it and M&S have got it or will get it for you. I always visit and will do as it's a great place for shopping.

As usual I got all the things that I wanted plus a few more treats. The quality of the food is always excellent, the shop is clean, tidy and well presented and the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. I cannot fault it and I am so pleased that we have an M&S in Bridgwater.

Went shopping today 02-03-23 bought the fish and chips meal deal for £12 , it was absolutely amazing,👍👍👍

Better than Taunton store as the staff are so much more pleasant. I buy my clothes online and collect from the Bridgwater store….magic!

Great local store with plenty of premium choiceS for meals and food products. Excellent Customer service especially with lockdown for older people. I can rate this quality of food, and Customer service highly. You feel very safe shopping here.

Just like any M&S store. The staff are genuine, kind, and helpful (and seem as though they actually want to be at work)! Throughout Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions the staff have continued to give an outstanding service.

As always quality food at reasonable prices. Staff wonderful, always smiling, nothing too much trouble. Always a pleasant experience when we shop here.

It's a great place to shop and I am glad I don't have to travel to the main town in Somerset where there is a bigger branch. I always like to shop local. It's also handy for others outside of the town to go and shop as it is situated on a small retail shopping complex.
