The young lady in store was so helpful even though I am a o2 customer. Unfortunately I am unable to switch over yet but I will definitely be back as soon as I can as the service was incredible. I'm an old man who just needed a little support after o2 shut down. Leigh is a credit to your company

I have now upgraded my 2 sims and have included roaming all for less than I was paying before. Leigh has been a great help and we will definitely return in future. The coffee was lovely even if Leigh did have to brew it twice.

Brilliant service at Bridgwater Vodafone today. Mike was able to resolve my problem and also found me a much better deal. I would recommend coming into the store to get things done. The staff here are really helpful.

My experience at the vodafone shop in Bridgwater is probably the best experience I've ever had in a phone shop. The staff were friendly, helpful and super kind. I will be back to this shop in six months when I'm ready for my upgrade.

Come into the shop today because I needed help getting my contacts back after trying everything I could not do this.! I have seen Michael today who was very helpful and managed to get my contacts back! Very happy and great service. Gave me a business card and said any issues he will be my account manager. Very pleased

I came into Vodafone today to have help with my Sim only contract as it was due for an upgrade/renew.
I was served by a very lovely lady called Leigh who was very polite, she made me and my family feel very comfortable and at ease and gave me such a great deal, not to mentioned this is the first time a member of staff have offered me a refreshment of my choice, she does make a great latte!
If you ever do go into Vodafone, head for Leigh as she is beyond helpful!

I was with Zey sorting my account out I found her very professional kind manerd very knowledgeable. She was so patient with me and sorted everything out to my total satisfaction. Excellent service. Have found the problem I was having and have upgraded me to a new phone and contract. The set up was so smooth and can not fault a thing. Leigh was wonderful and I really recommend seeing her.

Went Into Vodafone shop in Bridgwater for help getting getting the right password for my WiFi router at home. Michael today was brilliant giving me helpful and efficient advice. I have been going to this stop for a long time and everyone is always very helpful. I was given a card and said that I now have a account manager if any issue sort service is requested

Visited Bridgwater branch today. I had a number of issues that I needed help with. I spoke to Leigh who I found so helpful and so professional that I would recommend the Bridgwater branch if you need anything. I have both phones and home broadband with them. Leigh has given me a card with her details so I can share this with family and friends now she is my account manager.

Great friendly personal service

Leighannes patience today has been incredible. We have been struggling to switch our number for a number of weeks to a different provider but she has sorted it in today’s visit and we are now happily set up on Vodafone and we are so pleased. We will not go anywhere different now. Very happy

Came in to the look for a new phone on a contract. Wasn't sure what I was looking for in regards to iPhone or Samsung. Simon was really helpful in breaking down all the option's for me and what would suit my budget. He was polite chatty and informative.
Really happy with the service I was given and I love my new phone .
