I visited Currys in Bridgwater yesterday to pick up a new TV and was thoroughly impressed by the fantastic customer service I received, meriting nothing less than a resounding five stars.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and a friendly atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Jed, a staff member who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he ensure a quick and easy purchase process, but he also personally carried the TV to my car. His assistance was greatly appreciated and it’s these little acts of kindness that transform a standard shopping trip into an extraordinary one.

Jed's helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile was a prime example of the outstanding service culture at Currys Bridgwater. The store's commitment to customer satisfaction was clear, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

The TV itself is fantastic, but it was Jed's excellent service that really made my day. It's reassuring to know that when it comes to electronics, there's a place nearby that not only sells quality products but also takes care of its customers with genuine care.

A big thank you to Jed and the rest of the team at Currys Bridgwater for their dedication and for making my visit a memorable one. It's service like this that ensures I'll be returning for any future tech needs.

Was served by a lovely young lady called Amber , very helpful and very knowledgeable. This lady deserve to be promoted , while she was serving us , she was also having to help another colleague, while the Management and other staff members stood at the entrance doing absolutely nothing . Amber you are an absolute credit to Currys .

Great service from Manvill. I needed an oven quickly on Christmas Eve. They didn't have the one advertised as in stock... But he found another I could take away on that day.

Air fryer I brought for my family but they don’t want it I will return to curry next week

Great service from Will at the Bridgwater store today - buying a laptop. Took time to find out exactly what we wanted a laptop to do, gave us options and talked us through them. Didn't try to oversell. Really good customer service.

Brought a ninja online collected it tonight . The guy that served me whose name I can’t remember ,offered to carry it to my car . Really great quick service . The guy who served me was very efficient and polite . Employee of the week :))

Great staff, great food. What could be better.

Came to Bridgwater store after going to Taunton and having a poor experience but completely opposite experience at this store! Multiple people offering to help us and ensuring we had what we needed. One of the assistants (Josh) was extremely helpful, told us everything we needed and we got a TV and wall bracket. He helped us put it in the car and gave us faith in Currys after we said we'd never go again when we left Taunton! Good vibe in this store all round :)

Had great Service from Rob regarding purchasing a new mobile phone. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. No hard sell, and got me a great deal

Went to buy a printer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Managed to find exactly what I wanted. Went through the usual extended warranty palaver but give them points for trying.

Came in on 18th nov 22 to sort a delivery problem out that even head office couldn't or wouldn't sort. Spoke to a man called Matt and he was shocked at the treatment we had received. He did his best to sort the issue as soon as he could, refunded our delivery charge and gave me a £35 delivery slot for free.

Got electrical things and items for sale tv etc... you lad sales person no older than say 17 to 18 was really helpful I asked questions about amazon fire sticks and rouk boxes. He really new his stuff and explained in great detail. Great assured asset to the company and the company is very much in my idear lucky have a knowledgeable employee like him ... cheers and thanks sorry I didn't get his name.

Was served by a lovely lady called Tracy in the Bridgwater branch... was in there getting my son kitted out for his first flat..he's on the spectrum so very particular with what he wanted. She was very helpful n went above n beyond to get us what we needed🙂 the store manager was great too! Didn't get his name

Thursday at 0600 we discovered that our freezer was defunct. By 0630 a new one had been ordered online. By 1130 it was installed. I can't fault Currys. Excellent communication, easy collection with very swift service at the shop, we didn't even have to get out of the car!
Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. I bought some headphones and after some time I returned them to change the colour, (unopened of course) and they quickly gave me what I wanted. Never really had any serious problems here. This is my local electronic store so it's where I get the odd bits and bobs.

Checked my local stores for the product I wanted but nil stock.
Working in the area 90 miles from home and seen this store and got what I wanted straight away, staff very pleasant and helpful, even got a better deal on extra warranty.
