I recently bought a used car from Stacey’s, I had been dreading the process as I had for many years been spoilt with a company car and was out of touch with car ownership.
On arrival, at the beautiful, I was met by James who discussed the car I was interested in in detail.
The whole experience was so professional, no heavy sales pitches, just open and honest discussion with all questions answered.
After the test drive, I agreed to buy the car and the after sales service continued.
The car was delivered om an agreed date, in show room condition. Exceptionally pleased with the whole experience and my new car.

Annual service completed for a reasonable cost. Wheels swapped round and sat nav updated for no extra cost.

Received a phone call from my distraught daughter telling me her car Hyundai IX35 was completely broken and would cost well over a thousand pounds to repair. She was dealing with Andrew the service manager in Staceys Motors. Andrew, not only explained to me the issues with car but also calmed my daughter down explaining he would do all he could to ensure a complete repair at the best price he could. The following day i went in to have a look at the car myself where the issues were fully explained to me and shown to me by a mechanic under the guidance of Andrew. From the start i had faith in Andrew and believed he would not rip us off with regards to the repair cost. This was refreshing as last time i dealt with main dealers my daughter was well and truly seen off by Rowcliffes Vauxhall in Bridgwater. Anyway after a couple of weeks and plenty of communication from Andrew(i did not have to chase them up once) the car was repaired to a high standard for a far more reasonable cost than first expected.
Thank you to Andrew and the team at Stacys, not only for the repair but the compassion he showed my daughter in her hour of need.

I have only praise for Stacey's. The Ioniq 5 was sold to me at list price while other dealerships were asking over-the-odds even for used cars. They were completely clear that, while this is a brand new car, it is a 22.5 model, not a 23 model. They were happy that I arrange for it to be transported and had it ready at the agreed time. It was beautifully presented. They tell me they will call in a couple of weeks to see how I am getting on and that I can ask them anything in the interim. The entire process has been straightforward. I have dealt with James Stacey who is clearly happy to be part of a thriving family business.
