The staff was extremely punctual and highly committed to carefully packing and moving my furniture. The team was super polite and respectful when entering my house's premises. The packages and quotation were very accurate. They managed to provide every single item needed for the entire moving process, including bags for disassembling bits, pens to label the packs. In summary, it was a high-level service with a fair competitive price. Sam, who assisted me with the quotation and addressed my questions, is also very kind. He clearly embodies a journey of hard work and well-deserved success.

Very good company, the removal staff were polite and helpful we used them for our 3 bed house full pack and move. Was quoted very competitive price and no extra or hidden charges, were there after I paid. We recently moved from London to Duesseldorf as a family of 6. Sam was amazingly helpful in the run up to the move, advising us on packing and being very accomodating on taking more things than originally planned. The move itself was straight forward with a team of professional packers who fitted all of our belongings into the two vans booked. Everything arrived in great condition a day later helping us settle more easily than thought. We definitely use Thames movers again.

I have used the services last week and many occasions previously.. They have once again done a brilliant job.. I am really happy the way they have handled my Piano move and few of other high value antiques without a scratch.... I do recommend their services .. without a doubt

Awful moving company - avoid at all costs. We organised for 3 movers and only 2 showed up - it took the manager 3+ hours to rectify. As a young girl, I had to move boxes and furniture myself to help them for hours, despite paying £400 for "professional" movers. We also incurred a £130 parking ticket because the movers parked on the pavement/sidewalk illegally, when it was not necessary to do so. The manager was horribly rude and unapologetic for all of this. Don't make moving any more stressful than it already is - definitely DO NOT book Thames Movers!

Absolutely terrible service, our stuff went missing when they sent it to Berlin as they did not pass on all the details to other 3rd party companies they were using. Stuff arrived 2 weeks later than we were told. We had to constantly call them to figure out what was happening and were often told that people would call us when they did not.

When our stuff finally arrived many items were broken. Furthermore they kept saying that they would respond to our complaint but still have not responded despite many emails asking for this over the last 3 months.

1 star is too many.
