Good old fashioned service from a family run firm. Every other company we approached said calor gas weren't starting new contracts and nobody would sell us a regulator in store. Messaged Right Price. They responded straight away confirming we could get a calor contract gas, gas bottle and regulator from them. Staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to find exactly what we needed from their extensive stock. Highly recommended. Thanks for looking after us

Right Price DIY is a great store. Knowledgable staff willing to help. The owner is a good laugh, always friendly. The store has a good product line with some hard to find things these days. Great tool isle. Ironmongery. Bits you need 1of but can't normally find...right price seems to have. I have run out of welding wire...they stock it. I needed an M12 bolt, they have them, single 32mm socket..got it, cellulose thinners, no problem. Great store. Worth a walk round as much as it is to buy something. I know if I have a car project on, and it's Sunday. I can rely on this store if I'm in a pinch for something I need.

A great place. Comprehensively well stocked and very reasonable prices. Long may it continue.
PS - 20/09/2022 - The surly, bad mannered, patronising and obnoxious tone/interaction from the member of staff I spoke to today (the one who took my purchase over the phone) was seriously not appreciated. Who is this jerk?

This place is DIYer's dream. Being a keen DIYer recently moved near Shepton Mallet from London I have been looking for a one-stop DIY supply shop. Glastonbury B&Q is too small and has no cutting service whilst Frome B&Q is too far. The advantages here are:

1. 2 minutes away from Shepton
2. Free cutting service for 8x4 's making a 1/2 board 1/2 price of B&Q;
3. Sells timber by the metre, not the 2.4m @ B&Q or 4.8m of Snow's
4. +10% chesper than the big DIY 'ers for most things
5. Another 10% discount for +60's which I will be in August

This place is so good I can get rid of all my scrap pieces of wood and not have tonnes of redundant spare screws and nails lying around.....I now have enough room in the garage to put up a permanent workbench. Thanyou soo much Shepton Screwfix for recommending this place
