Pets Corner

A lovely shopping experience. The products were of high quality and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Also, the shop lighting was just right - not mega bright lights that fry your mind.

Pets Corner have been great at every store of theirs we have been to. Especially the Shepton Mallet branch. Kai is always so helpful when we ask questions (we ask a lot!). They really know what they're talking about and it's great to see a store so focused on making sure your pet has the best quality for food, toys and everything in between.

My dog loves going to Pets Corner She makes a bee-line for the small animals (although they’ve all gone now) then she’s happy to go and choose some biscuits or a treat. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They always seem to love their job and their four legged clients.

Such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful local shop. Always made to feel welcome and staff are available to assist and answer questions about all your pet needs. The puppy social opportunity is just an added bonus!

We went with our 14 week puppy Darcy to interact with other puppies and the staff are so accommodating, they make you feel welcome and allow your puppies to fully engage with other dogs! We love coming and will come back every week for our meet up

I use this store regularly and always find the staff to be warm and welcoming. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and always ask if I need help taking things to the car.

I normally call in here every week to get my hamster some goodies. Staff are knowledgeable about what rodents can and can not have on things that may not always be obvious to new owners, much appreciated!

Just a quick review for the Shepton Mallet store. I have always had excellent customer service. All the members of staff are always eager to help and give plenty of advice but not pushy with their advice which is good. Nothing worse in going into a store and feeling pressured into buying some goods when your not to sure. Never felt like that at all whilst visiting this store. All members of staff have always been friendly and always greet you with a smile on their face when you go in the store. A member of staff was very helpful and very patient with me and my puppy Maddie on Tuesday afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The assistant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of good advice of what I needed to keep my Guinea Pig happy and healthy. She had personal experience and was able to help me with everything I needed. She was very happy to answer all my questions honestly and advised what was the best things to get.
