Great never disappointed, kinda pay a bit more(a lot) but you get the quality

It is a big store for sure.
Got £175 of shopping for £30 with vouchers off and the old club card.
Lots of different products you do not get at smaller stores.
Big car park and a collect point.

Good store but not many manned tills but loads of self service tills

Spacious store with a wide and comprehensive selection of products. Convenient parking and easy to checkout after shopping.

We have just returned from Tesco Shepton Mallet where we purchased a new mobile phone for my self after an earlier phone purchase for my Wife just before Christmas.
On both occasions the mobile phone staff provided an excellent friendly service, even transferring the data from our old phones to the new ones and fully explaining the phone details.
Top marks awarded for customer service!!

Update.
It's now a year later and my mobile phone refused to switch on.
I could not find my receipt and was resigned to the fact that I'd have to purchase a new phone.
I took my phone into the mobile phone section of the store and explained my plight. Within seconds the female assistant had my phone apart and cleaned the battery connections and my phone was back together fully operational. Excellent service provided yet again.

We online shop from this store. Sometimes we don’t always get what we ordered but it is always sorted out perfectly. Customer service is brilliant- thank you!

Wen to customer services at the Shepton Mallet branch yesterday to enquire about a product line that wasn't on display, was dealt with quickly and efficently by friendly staff throughout, both on the desk and later on the shop floor. Notably Lyn from the non-food dept. who not only found what I needed but took the time to phone me later that day to explain a new delivery was being put out on the shelves.
Faultless service.
Shop is particularly welcoming too being clean and bright.

Want to give a special shout-out to a young man called Jacob! Absolutely perfect customer service!! This lad deserves a Nobel peace prize. Top man! Highly recommend this store if the staff are all as good as Jacob!

Went shepton mallet this evening to do the weekly shop... I must say it was one of the most pleasant experience to date. Was served by a lovely pleasant young man on the till called Josh... No hussle at the till was very considerate that the food we bought was going to be eaten by humans and was very gently place for packing. Josh deserves a big shout out.... What can I say it was a pleasure to be served by Josh.... Thank you so much it was appreciated 😊

Nice large store that is easy to manoeuvre around. Customer service desk, public toilets, f and f clothing, self service tills, household goods, makeup, groceries and much more. Parking is free for 3 hours, disabled access throughout and helpful staff.

I use this Tesco regularly for either collecting an online order and regular shops. Having used other nearby Tesco for the same reasons the Tesco in Shepton Mallet does stand out for exceptional customer service skills and quality goods. I have found this consistently as a regular visitor of the store. Staff are always polite and courteous, as well as being human and friendly.
There is slso a huge carpark.i have no problem with recommending this store to both click & collect visitors (I have found that staff operating in this part of the store are both thoughtful and run a smooth & professional department) and for the general day to day in-store shoppers.

A good tesco. Much better than our silly one in Bordon Hampshire (just pitiful) nice variety.
The only shameful thing is watering down the hand sanitiser at the entrance. You need a good alcohol %to help ward of covid germs, might as well not bothered. One poor lady got it all over her cause it was so watered down!!

Great selection and prices

We went to Tesco in Shepton Mallet on Friday 28th July to sort out an issue with our daughters mobile phone and could not fault the service from the phone shop. Ayilah (not sure of the correct spelling) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She was amazing and her advice and guidance was 2nd to none. Please congratulate her on her first class customer service. We would definitely recommend your in-store phone shop.

I went to Tesco Shepton Mallet today - to the mobile phone place with a problem on my phone/service. The gentleman there was exceptionally helpful and I give him 100% on service. I definitely recommend the help and service there and would have no other.

This Tescos is so much better than the Wells one. So much so that people will drive from Wells to usd this one instead. Groceries, cloths, electricals, dvds and a large selection of cards. It also has a large parking area.

Large variety of products available.

Staff at Tescos are very helpful ... any problem in locating an item staff are eager to help even helping you with computer orders in the clothes section ... I can't praise the staff enough
