A great Mulberry outlet set inside a vaulted ceiling building . A unique setting for displaying a superb range of Mulberry products at very reduced prices, all combined with helpful knowledgeable staff, well worth a visit.

OK it was not for me, however my wife had a wonderful time was spoiled for choice and kept telling me what great prices they were. Certainly the staff and the setting were superb so how would I dare give any less than 5 stars.

They all amazing, thank you for Becky to finalise my sale through phone 5mins before closing! Amazing staff, and of course product too.

Big discounts and a great range of leather goods, including the famous bags and other leather accessories. Polite and friendly service. Will definitely come again.

Perhaps their design and quality is better than ever now they have removed all the peripheral ancillaries and concentrate on their zenith. Long may they be successful. Nothing there is cheap, but an investment in quality and British labour.

Just had the loveliest experience here - shop is gorgeous, so bright and open with some comfy chairs and lots of natural light. Staff were wonderful, I didn't feel silly or out of place asking questions and they were so knowledgeable about the handbag making, leather dyeing process and different ranges. One very happy shopper!

Visited yesterday. Lovely building with items beautifully displayed and clearly priced throughout. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was surprised to see current stock being sold with reductions of roughly a third off the retail price. Some very impressive bargains. Was thrilled to find the tan Daria hobo bag that I'd been saving for and am delighted with my purchase. Definitely worth a visit-I'll be back!

First visit and was so happy, made a purchase of a purse and a scarf. Building is lovely with all goods clearly displayed. All the staff were really helpful and we were left to browse without hassle and soon as we asked for help, it was given. Service was great, goods are fantastic and have seen the bag I want. Just to add I went back to the shop to purchase a bag. The bag is lovely love it but was disappointed that they have taken away the student discount as of last week. Was told it was on the website but I didn't come across it. Despite this will definitely be returning.

As a Mulberry customer of many years, both in the UK and Australia, I wanted to share the fantastic customer service experience provided by Lauren Vincent, Digital Customer Services Advisor. I purchased three bags from the Mulberry UK website in December, to be delivered to an Australian address, and unfortunately on receipt one of the bags had been crushed in transit (despite being packaged well), and didn’t look likely to be able to be straightened out despite stuffing it with paper for a couple of days for it to ‘relax’ back into shape. I got in touch to explain what had happened and was smoothly guided through the UPS courier collect process by Lauren so that the bag could be exchanged. (As an aside UPS are a nightmare to deal with in Australia). Collection was arranged and new bag is on the way. Lauren was in touch throughout so I wasn’t passed around numerous advisors and having re re explain each time, and she even got in touch to check that the courier had picked up the bag. There were also issues with duties with the exchanges bag coming back into Australia. I got in touch with the customer care team and was passed back to Lauren who managed the issue efficiently and drama free. I’ve read some terrible reviews of Mulberry but please remember for all the people who complain, a LOT are very happy. I’m extremely lucky and have 8 of these bags - and will continue to buy them because not only are they beautifully and robustly made, they’re timeless classic and understated. As a side note - to anybody based in Australia wishing to purchase, ho on the UK site and at delivery select Australia as your shipping country. Mulberry Au has far less stock and choice.

Loads of choice and very good prices. Came away with a handbag for my wife and a card holder for me. Very tempted by lots of other bits but had to show restraint with my credit card!

Top dog Stuff n at lower prices than normal. At a kind of hidden location in Shepton Mallet and opposite The Cider Mill, the true home of British Cider! So you might miss the Mulberry site if you don't know where it is? Worth a look round even if you can't afford a hand bag for over a Grand! Higher n lower prices for FABtastic hand made leather (or not) hand bags and other quality luxury hand made goods like belts, wallets, clothing, food n drink are also on sale along with on site FREE parking and interesting grounds n a water garden in the shadow of a FAB ex-railway multi arched viaduct with the wee River Shepy running under n through it. Go on, it's FREE to park n look round, but there's a wee charge to go in the garden (well worth it ) and there's a cream tea n cake cafe too!

The staff are friendly and helpful, professional yet personal at the same time.
Well presented store with plenty of styles to choose from at lower prices. Perfect for a special occasion gift!
