Halfords - Midsomer Norton

Two new much brighter headlamps were needed on my little Kia.
He advised on the parts needed and quoted an £18 fitting fee. The fitting was very tricky because of there being next to no hand room, but with time and a second person everything was finished well.
I’m extremely impressed and pleased in all respects.

Member of staff was really helpful with the purchase of a new battery. Made a small crisis non-existent! Thank you to a chap who was very thorough & caring!

Went into Midsomer Norton branch for emergency wiper blades. Mike/Mark (not sure of which name he has)was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed which wiper blades we needed. The guy who fitted them was so helpful and no damage was made to the car. Thank you guys. Exceptional service.

Very pleased with the service I received today. My car battery was 15 months old and was faulty. Halfords swapped it with no questions.

I was delighted with the help that I received from Halfords Midsomer Norton. I went with 2 new Keys for a Renault with no idea how to open and replace batteries. The person I dealt with opened it easily, showed me how to do it myself in the future and sent me on my way satisfied that I then had 2 functional ignition keys.

I ordered the part on Sunday and it was meant to be ready 5pm on Tuesday but email came Monday morning ready for collection. The part was cheaper than online and all the garages. Very happy customer. Thank you.

I lost my front license plate late Saturday. Rang asap Sunday morning and sorted a new one with Halfords, Midsomer Norton. Received emails & texts to confirm. All made & fitted quickly on our way home. Absolutely brilliant service.

I had to get a repair dun on my bike at Midsomer Norton Halford.
Jason was to undertake the job. the bike was very unsafe to use Jason was bogged down with work but he fitted me in. After it was on a Friday I had my bike back on the Monday witch taking the account of work he had in front of mine I thought was very good. He did a splendid job now my bike runs better than when it was new. So thanks Jason for fitted me in and doing a fantastic job and explaining everything thing to me. He's a Top fitter and very friendly. Thank you Jason

Drove down here from Bristol as it was the quickest appointment. I was impressed with the level and detail of service, dashcam fitted without hassle. She even showed me how to use the camera and checked everything was OK before I drove back. Would come back again.

Booked in for a front and rear dashcam fitting recently, staff were super helpful with two members both warning me that due to my car’s build a wire will be visible, which wasn’t an issue for me at all but I was grateful they mentioned it! Fitting was quick and so far all is in working order. Very happy with my experience here!

Very friendly staff who helped with checking my Camper Van in preparation for pending travel abroad. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble with time taken to explain various aspects of the overall check. I feel very much happier and more confident with taking my vehicle abroad for the first time.

Excellent, took my ebike for a service and repair assessment, Frazer was really friendly fully checked my bike and tweaked the gears. Highly recommended.

Today I went into Halfords in Midsomer Norton to buy a bicycle for my 9 year old. However , I knew absolutely nothing about bikes and really didn’t have a clue where to start until I had the good fortune to be approached by Ben who could probably sense my confusion and set about patiently and informatively helping me with fabulous advice , knowledge , kindness and a little bit of humour ! Thank goodness he did otherwise I’d have picked something far too small and inappropriate. I felt so comfortable and listened to and the customer service Ben gave was above and beyond from start to finish even putting himself out to make sure that my son was also happy , comfortable and included in the conversation. What a fabulous experience and staff member! Halfords , you have an absolute diamond there !

Fabulous prompt and thorough service as always! Went in with no water coming out of screen wash and panicking as knew it was a dangerous and an MOT failure- Jason researched the fuse configuration for my car and although nothing labelled he managed to find the faulty fuse and replaced it costing me just over £6- far less than asking a garage to even lift the bonnet up! Thanks again Halfords for being my go to for advice about all our vehicles! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After an error code came up on my impel 2 and my brakes not working to well l took my bike to Midsomer Norton store.Obviously this time of the year l understand that they are busy but after having the bike a few days everything was done including new hydraulic brakes bike cleaned and chain looking new. Frazer took the time over the phone to explain what had been done l believe he went above and beyond on his customer service and is an asset to Halfords. Keep up the great work

So friendly and helpful 😁 They changed my battery while I was at work, got back and my tyres had been checked, air topped up and my screen wash topped up. Was like going home to see my dad 🤣😃Thank you so much xxx

Had a screwdriver set put by , but could not get there until later the following day, store assistant asked if they could help me and told him that item was put by but probably put back onto shop floor as day before.
To my joy stated he had been told about this item and it was still put by for my purchase this was added to the fact that I used my new free membership to use a money off voucher.
The store assistant was very helpful in the fact the QR !! code would not scan and circumvented it by using the old ( and trusted ) ,method of inputting my membership details .
Excellent service and very pleasant to speak too.

We received absolutely FANTASTIC service today!! Ben fitted us with a new battery, and it was easily the most difficult job ever. But he persevered, and he did an amazing job - whilst also chatting to us to make the wait less boring!! Such good service that we may go home and break our new battery just to be served by Ben again 😊
