Small store but allowing for size offers a good product range. Fresh bread available. Hot food and fresh coffee on sale. Staff friendly and helpful.

My local store. Staff are great and always busy. Shop is always stocked up. Love shopping in the coop. Personally I don't understand the bad reviews.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews 😂 !!! It has not the highest quality of food but what can you expect for a small shop in a small town! Drinks are top tier though and kind staff!

Very narrow isles I'm not a big person but as I was walking down the middle isle I was inches away from the shelves each side with my arms I feel it would be very difficult to get around when other people in the isles especially for a wheelchair user to get around in this store even when no others are in there.
I did find it difficult to find what I was looking for as things were in random places that didn't really make sense.

Small store and small choices but not bad and handy hours.

There's a woman who works in there so scatty. She does my head in lol

Closes at 10.00pm not 11.00pm.

Refuses Scottish notes. Lazy, offensive and not acceptable anymore. Nobody in Scotland or NI would dare refuse an English note. If there was a spate of forgeries they would train staff. I know where my moneys not welcome

Bad customer service and got prices mixed up, some products were more than shown. Did nothing to help, not good enough.

Very poor, trying to send a parcel. Very unhelpful staff. I had a digital QR code to send it but wasn't even willing to take a look, not the 1st time I've encountered this problem.

Staff wearing pyjamas and no mask accompanied by attitude and poor customer service represents low company expectations from their staff. Some staff in shop are very good but your colleagues are letting you down.

Check your receipt. Everytime served the young blond hair guy. He rips me off and have to ask for receipt, which he throws away. Now be doesnt process card till you are over it so dont see amount. Beware

I was walking to the counter to pay for my shopping and saw, the man that was going to serve me was, standing looking outside ...and...eating a sandwich!!
I was shocked ..and further, I didn't want him to touch my shopping!!
This is unacceptable behaviour .... Shepton Mallet co op....take a look at your reviews and if you care about your store....make the changes...
I for one, will not be a customer again!!

Was thrown out of coop at 10.01 on Sunday. People were at the till but I was told they were the last one they would serve. Wouldn't mind but I was in the shop. No coffee for me in the morning. Thanks Radco
