Tesco Superstore

Can't fault it.
It's the 'corner shop' for me, it's so local by foot.
The staff are always friendly and very helpful.
Everything that's needed is available.
The best thing they done was getting rid of the smelly fish stand!

I would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff working at my local Tesco Superstore in Midsomer Norton.
I have been shopping in this store for years and every member of staff have been friendly and professional.
Recently There was an incident with another customer who was rude and abusive, I informed the staff on the checkout they were very kind and understanding towards me, the manager was informed and she came to see me straight away, I explained the situation to her and how I felt like not shopping there anymore.
The manager could see that I was upset and spent some time Comforting me and other members of staff, she then gave me a massive beautiful bunch of flowers, I was over the moon and we all had a few tears, what lovely people, a week and a half and the flowers are still going strong!

Always we'll stocked, encourage people to wear masks, all staff are wearing them & keep a good distance. In-store toilets, & quite a lot of clothes, kitchen goods & accessories stocked as well as food

I go a lot of places on deliveries on Saturdays and usually stop to go to the loo, this place has the best toilets I've ever been in in years. Good lad 👌

I came to this store this morning and yes I had to queue to get into store, but that's down to the crazy world we live in at present.
I would like to commend not only all the staff that were all happy and friendly but the other shoppers, they also were happy & friendly too. I like the one way system too. A HUGE WELL DONE PAULTON TESCO'S

As far as supermarkets go, this has got to be one of the better ones. We split our food shopping between this Tesco and the Waitrose in Keynsham and for a surprising amount of food, the quality from Tesco is superior to Waitrose. The filet steak, amazingly, is always better at Tesco and the fruit is always much nicer. Same goes for nuts. The layout is great and it's a really easy place to use.
There are a couple of negative issues however. There is a decreasing choice for many items with the only option being Tesco's own brand and this is a trend I really don't like. And there is too great an emphasis placed on ready meals. Also the car park needs repairing as there are plenty of areas where you have huge puddles when it rains. Also the roof leaks at the entrance. All things which are easy to fix and shouldn't detract because if you're careful with your purchases, the food is great.

Thank you to the lady that stopped to help my dad today. He has Alzheimer’s and somehow managed to get himself to Tesco’s via the bus! The lady realised there was a problem and took care of him along with the staff at Midsomer Norton Tesco’s until my mother could collect him. So refreshing in these Covid times. Thank you very very much.

Went in today, miserable weather, traffic light system, people everywhere......... Went around an aisle just as sweet Caroline started on the speakers.... Aisle by aisle as i turned there was either a customer or a worker singing along... Out loud, yet under their breath....... Anyway it was lovely and it really made me smile in the current conditions especially 😘

I would just like to congratulate all the staff at the store for their friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude at this very difficult time. The arrangements for Covid19 are incredibly well organised and work efficiently. Well done!

A fantastic super - market - store. Caters to a vegan diet 1000% !!!! From bread, to ALL non dairy products to ice creams to meat. Extremely grateful. Thank you

Neil in the car park is an absolute gent, he was so helpful when I was struggling with a bulky item and a tiny car!

The two in the phone department gave me first hand knowledge with my new phone, with a free sim card they moved my old number and balance to the new one. Thanks.
