We were in utter despair at the customer service at our usual bank Natwest so we crossed the road to HSBC at London Bridge. Bronwen was magnificent and helped us set up a new account and then carry out the transactions we needed to undertake. Efficient, friendly, excellent!

Had a really good experience today with Vignesh. I had some problems in the past opening a bank account online, since I'm from Europe, even though I'm here for quite some time already. Decided I try again today and was very happy that Vignesh took great care of me and made sure I'll get my account, even though my working hours collide with bank hours.
