I have never experienced such a customer service. Mr Pratek who dealt with my family tickets has been a gem.
He went out of the way to change our flight to an even better one. I was let down by some other agent, when he came to my family holiday rescue. He has treated us like a family. To be honest, I think he has become more of a family member rather than a travel agent. He cared so much that I was travelling with family and he made sure that I got the shortest layover. He even changed my other flight,to an Emirates flight. Even though it was more dearer, but he discounted me all the difference.

I had a very wonderful experience with this agent Pratik from fly2go very jolly good person it was like iam talking with family member he was with use from the start till end any problem he there to solve it
Our baggage allowance was 23kg per ticket and he helped us and upgraded to 40kg per person without any extra charge
