From Tom as our valuer, to the photographs taken by Harry who presented my home at its best. I had fantastic support from Lucy and Lydia during my viewings and negotiations over offers. Melissa as my sales progressor has been amazing. She is so quick at responding and keeping me in the loop as things progress. You definitely have a fantastic team of staff in the Arnold branch and would like to say a massive thank you to them all.

Holden Copley were incredible with the sale of our house. After a bad experience at a different estate agent we were so nervous about putting the house on the market again. We worked closely with a property specialist who was friendly, accessible and put our needs first. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. From the high quality photos, to the viewings being booked and working around our arrangements to communicating with us weekly with updates and answering all of our questions. We’d especially like to highlight Lydia. Lydia was amazing and always available for us to answer our questions. She took the lead on our property and meant we had one person we could always contact for updates and any questions. Thank you so much for making our experience the best it could be. Would definitely recommend for ease of moving and fabulous customer service. Should we ever move again, Holden Copley would be our first choice, no questions asked.

Selling our house through holden copley and so far the service we have received has been absolutely brilliant! From the valuation to the pictures to getting it online the staff have been amazing and so accommodating - we had put an offer on a house before ours was officially up and they re scheduled so that we could get it online quicker. Big thanks to Lydia who we have been liaising with, she is fast efficient and even on her day off from work went out of her way to make sure that we were kept in the loop, there’s not many estate agents that do that, and we’ve been so grateful to have lydia! There’s a reason why you see so many Holden Copley signs everywhere in Nottingham because they’re the best. We were recommended them from friends who sold and bought a house through them and I’m so glad we took on their recommendation because so far it’s all been really stress free!

Our experience with Holden Copley has been outstanding! We have dealt with plenty of rubbish agencies in Nottingham and we were so relieved to finally find one where the rental process was painless and stress-free. All of the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The referencing process was also very straightforward and quick.

Dealing with Kerry especially has been an absolute pleasure. She is truly a credit to Holden Copley. Kerry answered all of our questions quickly and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We really felt like she cared about helping us secure the property. She was very transparent about the whole process and we never felt pressured in any way.

I have had an amazing experience with Holden Copley this past week. Upon my arrival at the property, I was greeted by a welcoming Accompanied Viewer Agent, Nicolas Cohen, who was on time and available to stay longer than the allotted time to show us around the property thoroughly and answer the long list of questions we had prepared with the utmost patience and consideration. Nicolas was very helpful and informative with his answers and was able to signpost us in the direction of the team for further technical questions about the offer-making and exchange process. Followed up with a call immediately after the viewing to providers with extra details of the process. I was able to easily speak with the Senior Sales Negotiator, Esta Dunn, in person in the office, where I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Three days later we have managed to get our offer accepted and have been shown how the process will unfold from here on out-very reassuring! I am so pleased with this experience and it makes for a very promising future.

I've been using Holden Copley as a landlord for 2 yrs now and have been delighted with my choice. They are a professional outfit and deliver to a high standard. I have been so impressed by all the work the Holden Copley team have put into selling our house- everyone at the Mapperley office have been so helpful. From the get go they have done everything to ensure our house was shown in the best light and the photography was brilliant. I've been particularly grateful for Holden Copley having a sales progressor- all estate agencies should have them but amazingly they don't. We are so appreciative of all Josie's support and communication as our sale and purchase have progressed. Sometimes things get lost in translation through solicitors but Josie has been there to ensure all our questions are answered and communicate with our buyers and vendors when we have any questions. She always gets back to me quickly which means a lot in such a stressful process. I have really appreciated her help throughout the last two months, she has helped make it more personal and a lot less stressful! I wouldn't recommend selling your house with anyone else!

Outstanding service from Holden Copley as they made selling our home seamless and very swift. We had our house listed with HC and another agency and we never doubted HC’s ability to secure a faster sale. Every member of the team that we dealt with was extremely polite and professional, so much so that we loved nipping in to the office for quick chats as we were passing by - the ladies in the office are always so welcoming! A special mention to Liberty, Amy and Bethan for overseeing the sale, all very quick to respond, gave transparency throughout the process and supported answering the many questions we had over the course of the couple months! Likewise to Lizzie for her fantastic photography ability and skills in really showcasing our house to look its best. The whole sale process from valuation to completion has been very professional and progress has been well handled.
