From the get-go, my experience with Dr. Patel and his practice has been outstanding. He performed fairly complex surgery to help me improve nose airflow and the results have been simply great.

Other than his professionalism and evident skills, knowledge and experience in the ENT field, what I value the most is his honesty, candour and emotional intelligence.

The most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a doctor. I have been experiencing complicated problems for over a year. Mr Patel listened to everything I had to say, did a thorough examination, answered all my questions, gave me good guidance on where to go next (some of my issues are likely not sinus related) as well as giving me treatment for my sinus issues. Really knows his stuff, you can tell he has an actual interested in solving and treating patients problems. The most polite doctor I've ever met. I was worried about paying for private health care (I've never done it before) but it was money well spent. My only regret is not booking to see him sooner. 10/10 service. The receptionist is really nice too!

Very happy with the whole procedure with Mr. Patel. From the initial consultations to the operation and post-operative care it's been a seamless and positive experience. Dr. Patel goes above and beyond for patients; very well-run practice providing excellent medical care. He is a kind, detailed and expert ENT doctor who saw us the same-day that I requested the appointment, and generously offered remote follow-up care while we travel.

I saw Mr Patel for a consultation and subsequent surgery for septoplasty and rhinoplasty.
From the first meeting he made me feel completely at ease with the surgery. He created a very accurate mock up of what results to expect, which helped me set my expectations cosmetically. So now not only can I actually breath through my nose, I'm much happier with the appearance too.

Would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Patel. Having never had tonsillitis before I had a nightmare few months of repeated episodes and was referred by the online GP I'd been using. Dr Patel explained a number of options for treatments we could try prior to a tonsillectomy and was very helpful in ensuring I could make an entirely informed decision. A tonsillectomy ended up being necessary and he fully prepared me for what the experience would be after surgery - google does not give you the full picture! I am very grateful that I knew what to expect. The initial surgery date was booked in very quickly due to the nature of my condition but I unfortunately got covid two days beforehand. Christine (who was responsible for admin) was very kind and really helpful at this stage in booking me a new date when I was able to attend. I've just had my three week post op appointment and couldn't be happier being two tonsils down! Thanks Dr Patel & Christine for making this experience as smooth as possible.

Have been suffering from sinusitis all my life. For years I was suffering from constant morning headache, tiredness from never able the breath properly, nightmare in flight during the landing due to pressure change inside the sinus.
Over the last 5 years I have spoken to 3 Ent specialists, was given nose spray, did ct scan with no real diagnostic.
I found Dr Patel on Google, I was desperate.
I did my first appointment last August and had a very clear follow up process. The doctor explored all the possible triggers with a dynamic follow up each time.
It was very clear, he’s passionate by what he’s doing and is willing to communicate as much as possible between appointment despite being very busy. It’s been more than a month now that I had a surgery for my sinus and it’s a life changer ! All my problems have been resolved. It’s incredible. A huge thanks sincerely.

You'll be in great hands with Mr Patel. I was having difficulty breathing through my nose, and he diagnosed and explained the issue extremely well. The result of the subsequent procedure is fantastic. Not only functionally, in terms of improved airflow, but aesthetically speaking as well. I also received excellent post operation care, where Mr Patel spoke with me out of hours on a Sunday evening and arranged for extra medication to be couriered to me the next day.

My wife recently underwent a surgery with Dr. Patel (which went perfectly) and I tagged along for a post-op appointment. At the time, I was having significant issues with my ears and related headaches, Dr. Patel graciously offered to examine me while my wife was being examined. He easily diagnosed my ear problem and offered an easy solution that has since cleared up all my problems. I was waiting weeks in the NHS system to get an appointment but Dr. Patel was able to clear everything up before I saw them. I cannot recommend enough.

My main issue was an asymmetry of my nostrils, the right alar rim was elevated compared to the left. I have consulted several plastic surgeons in the US, Germany and England over the past few years, as I moved a lot and my desire to get my nose fixed was sometimes stronger and sometimes less strong. For me, it was important to go to someone who predominantly works on noses, as I believe that routine is very important in this job.

I have to say very clearly that with Mr Kalpesh Patel, I had a very good feeling. He immediately understood what I wanted to change and how realistic my wish was. He was also familiar with the slightly more complicated procedure, which was not the case for some other surgeons I had engaged with in the past. I got the impression that most other surgeons in London specialize primarily in reducing the size of humped noses, but not in filigree work, e.g. on the tip of the nose.

The before/after photos of other patients, and the computer animation of my own nose further convinced me that Mr Patel was the optimal choice - and I was not disappointed. I’m very happy with the result and with the whole process and would recommend Mr Patel to anyone who’s looking for a top-notch ENT/Plastic Surgeon.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Mr Kalpesh Patel for his expertise, professionalism, understanding, wonderful bedside manner…..the list goes on. I trusted him implicitly with my septorhinoplasty -needed after a car accident that left me with a visibly fractured nose and deviated septum.
