Such friendly, helpful service. Went to get help with my daughter’s car key that had stopped working. Replaced the battery and it was only £4. Service like this is a rare these days - we must support our local businesses. Thank you

I called multiple locksmiths and 1st Access was the cheapest and he gave me an accurate quote upfront and not it depends on how difficult it is!! They were at my flat within 15 minutes, they had the door open in around 20 minutes.
They also realigned my locking mechanism because my door had dropped slightly over time making it quite stiff and difficult to lock but now the door opens and closes perfectly..

If you find yourself locked out I would definitely recommend 1st Access, quick, reliable and good prices compared to everyone else! The average quote I received was £80 to £100 DEPENDING on how difficult it was + extra for a replacement lock, 1st Access quoted £63 and ended up changing me £50!! 🥳

Impeccable service. Bought a cheap gearbox from Amazon that fell apart meaning our uPVC door was locked shut. These guys came out with no fuss, no stress and got the door open, replacing the gearbox with a decent quality one. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn't be happier with the service received. Even gave our other external door a quick service as they were leaving. One happy customer 👍🏻

Came.to the shop today with a broken mortice lock.

Didn't have the exact lock in-store but asked to look at the broken unit.
Worked on it for 5 minutes and fixed it good as new. Very happy and very impressed.

Called 1st Access Locksmiths this morning at 10.20am, as I had a ‘serious’ issue with UPVC front door not locking properly which was causing concern! Their phone was answered promptly and a staff family member (son) said he would be with me at 11.00am …brilliant…!
The problems were found, rectified, door realigned and job completed within 40 minutes at a very respectable price!
Absolutely 💯 % satisfaction, 1st class service in every respect, and a real credit to the family business!
I would definitely recommend this independent family business if you ever need a locksmith!

Had to have some security keys cut , quite a difficult job apparently, Ended up going for a drive but they were all cut ( 8 ) in about 40mins and they all worked in the new lock. Will use them again def.

Amazing service! We had problem with our lift-up handle mechanism. Another locksmith told us whole thing needs replacing and it would be more than £200. This guy (sorry I don't remember the name) fixed it for £65! I'm supper happy thank you :)

Great service, very well priced had lost keys for an old cabinet. 1st access were able to make replacement keys in less than 24 hours.
