Andy came to our house after another company had ‘treated’ the problem and the problem had very quickly returned. He came back multiple times and investigated thoroughly until the problem was solved properly and was very reasonably priced. 100% recommend.

I called Andy following the reviews i’d read as I needed investigation into a nasty smell seemingly coming from behind kitchen units. Andy came to see me within 24 hours of my call even though I was a new customer to him, he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in resolving the problem. I cannot praise his attitude and customer service highly enough and would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever.

Amazing service from Andy. I spotted a rat scurrying behind my washer late at night, contacted him the next morning and he arrived within 2 hours and spotted the problem (a hole in the exterior kitchen brickwork allowing the rat access) within 30 seconds of being on the property. He didn’t charge me a call out fee which was very decent of him. Clearly a very knowledgable person and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks, Andy!

Andy is a nice bloke and I would highly recommend his services. He sorted out a large Wasp nest for me very quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Leave it to the expert to sort out your problem, he really knows his stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate in getting him in again if needed and will recommend him to anyone who need his expert help.

Rang Andy after a failed diy job after discovering a wasps nest in the eaves of my mother in law’s bungalow my advice is forget trying to do it yourself and get Andy in to do it ! I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable man who certainly gives value for money. We had a squirrel problem in the loft which he quickly sorted out, caught the squirrel and unasked sourced the point of access on the roof and plugged the gap. We would use him again without question.

Andy was recommended to us a couple of years ago by another person in pest control to deal with a squirrel problem we were having. Many of the previous reviews confirm what we have found to be so true of Andy.... he really goes the extra mile to support his customers. Andy didn't just fix our rodent problem short term , he used his vast amount of experience of pest control to go over every inch of our house and boundary and put in place measures to make repeat issues significantly less likely. We have worked with Andy now for some significant amount of time and he is the best there is out there. Whenever we have had an issue, one phone call and Andy is there. Excellent prices for what we have found to be a premium service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Andy, highly recommended him. After hearing and seeing evidence of rats in the loft Andy came quickly to have a look . He made a couple of visits and was very thorough investigating to see where the source was that they were getting in, he is very knowledgeable. Really pleased with the result and big thanks for helping us get to the bottom of the problem.

Andy is thoroughly professional and very well priced. He was always on time and flexible around when suited me. He helped us with a mouse problem and made sure he visited until they were completely gone. He went the extra mile replacing traps and sticky pads and even filled in holes outside the property and left us with a mouse trap (just in case) at no extra cost. I couldn't recommend him enough. 10/10!

Andy came out to see if my tenanted terraced house had rodents in the loft or not after the tenant had reported hearing scurrying around on a few occassions. Andy was early for the appointment, very friendly, had a really good look in the loft & gave great sensible & experienced advice. Extremely happy with his entire service, would definately use again, & would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Andy enough. He is a thoroughly nice chap, very proffessional and erradicted my garden rat problem very promptly and effectively, if you have a pest problem this is the chap to call. Very reasonable prices too, thanks Andy, the kettle is always on if you need a brew. Further to this review I called on Andy's services again to deal with a wasps nest which he sorted straight away, no more wasps attacking me and can enjoy the patio in peace once more. Clever stuff Andy, your a bloody star.

An expert in his field and I'm so glad I used his service. We had a major pigeon problem but all sorted now thanks to Andy at AP pest control. Brilliant service, couldn't have asked for more. Andy cleared the pigeons and prevented them from gaining access underneath and completely cleared the gutters also. A really nice bloke and my kids loved him! Recently moved to the area, and found a wasps nest within the property. Andy was very professional, polite and turned up straight away. Andy came out a week after his first visit as the wasps made there way into our loft. There was no extra charge for this. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone that needs any kind of pest control. Hopefully we won't need Andys services again 😅, but if we do we will dedinitly be using Andy.

We had an issue with mice in our house. I called Andy and he was extremely friendly aswell as knowledgeable.
Andy always worked to the times that I was available and would not mind attending in evenings or during weekends.
Good price and sorted the problem within 3 visits!
