Singhar Beauty West-End

Place is easy to reach, 2 minutes walk from Tottenham court road station and from Primark.
The door is not easily visible, unless you really pay attention to the shops. I had a deluxe pedicure and it was great.
The lady that worked on me wasn't talking much, which I like tbh. She was kind and caring.
The place looked clean , and overall it was a great experience.

Excellent location when you do shopping on Oxford street, (very) good and diligent treatment by Nidhi, very good prices. Next to Tottenham Court Road Tube station.

I came with a Groupon voucher, but for Londoners and recurring clients they have 3+1 and monthly offers. If I lived here, this would be my go to place/s for pedicure (Singhar is a chain of beauty saloons).

Now to my in-depth review.

First of all, I was shocked about some reviews I read here by Asian and black people about their fellow people. It is pretty obvious staff is underpaid- so give tips generously, if you can.

While it is true that some improvements could be made in regards to the interior and some aspects of treatment, I have never had a more lovely, custom treatment (deluxe mani-pedi). It lasted almost 2 hours, and included a chair massage I direly needed.

My feet in particular needed intense attention, lots of rough skin removal and I have tiny nails which are hard to paint properly. Nidhi did this all exceptionally well.

All one-off items used on me were disposed of, steel tools cleaned, and their creams and peelings smell lovely and are very natural.

She used my own organic nail lacquer by Benecos (I had an Organic Glam in sparkly red and a Benecos in a rouge noir tone with me), which is harder to apply because it is not so chemical-based.

(You have to apply 2 to 3 layers instead of one for it to look great)

The process as such was hygenic, with a few items (hand baths, hand rests on the pedicure chair) that could be cleaned more diligently and regularly (on the other hand, I was their last client of the day).

They should also find a way to have customers rinse off hand masks outside, not in their restroom.

Other than that, it was perfect.

Results see pics. If I move back to London, or come any time for Xmas or birthday shopping, I will remember them positively.

Shilpa was amazing and super caring and careful! Been a while since I had a wax and she made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Definitely will be coming back! Super accommodating as well.

Extremely sanitary and excellent value for money. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating, the wax lady sithi (sorry if I misspelt) pays excellent attention to detail. I will 100% be returning. Location is extremely convenient!

Me and my boyfriend had both pedicures and it was a really nice experience. Irina made us feel comfortable and she even gave us some tips on how to treat our feet properly so we can take care of them. Very professional. Highly recommended the deluxe experience.

Had a hot wax today with a lady who said she's been waxing for 15 years. I have extremely sensitive skin and she attempted her best to make it least painful as possible. She was so nice and helpful. She spoke to me throughout the session to distract me from the pain and gave me advice. The store is right new Tottenham Court Road Station, about a two minute walk. Very convenient location and affordable.

They are very nice people, kind and very helpful. I have been going there for 3 years now and I always had a good treatment. I highly recommend them.

Had a sugar wax and was done very quickly. Also was very cheap! Thank you :) worth making the visit. Visited again and they provided a great service and fit me in last minute.

The salon was neat, tidy and well maintained. The receptionist greeted me with the smile. Raman did my deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was the outstanding treatment. Raman was very polite and friendly. She asked me if I want a tea and coffee. She made me felt like a valued customer and I would highly recommend. I was pleased with the service.

Just had a Hollywood hot wax with Silpa. She was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. She made my comfort a priority the whole time. And the salon was very accommodating when I needed to push back my appointment. Great experience.

From start to finish including reminder text they blew me away especially as I tried them with a wow voucher deal which sometimes isn’t always a great experience. No hard sales at the end. Renu was my therapist and she did a Sterling job. Possibly the best pedicure as a lot of time was spent with the health of my tiered lockdown feet. Great value for a west end venue.

I’ve been going to Singhar Beauty for 4 years now and am always pleased with the service. It’s very professional - I’m always seen on time. In fact whenever I arrive early they see me early! I buy wax packages which works out as good value. Great location and great price for London. The girls are very thorough. And today was the first time back since lockdown and everything was very clean - face masks were worn by all.
