Recently qualified for a Motability car, and narrowed the choice down to the Vauxhall range of vehicles. When we visited the Vauxhall dealership, a gentleman by the name of Gerrit Botha introduced himself. Gerrit took his time to listen to our needs, he explained how the Motability scheme worked and allowed us time to look at the vehicles on offer, and was there if we had any questions about the vehicle. After a test drive and placing an order, Gerrit kept us fully informed on the progress. Upon collection of the vehicle Gerrit took his time to show us all of the features of the vehicle both inside and out.
Throughout all the process Gerrit was an absolute gentleman and we felt valued as a customer, not just a sale. He is a credit to the Vauxhall company, and management should be proud of him.
