Humble little pub in the heart of old street, incredible food and atmosphere. One of the best roasts we’ve had! And the staff were super friendly and kind. Glad to have found my new local pub.

Had a lovely Sunday roast here - very reasonably priced. We arrived quite early (12:15), so only a few other tables were taken - but lots of reservations for later. I had a roast beef - tasty and lots of veg, roast potatoes, Yorkshire and gravy!

Lovely pub, excellent food and amazing service. Special shout-out to Bruno who is very friendly, funny and great attention to detail. Came here for an office Xmas party and it was perfect and ran very smoothly. Vegan friendly, wheelchair accessible.

We didn’t have a reservation but were able to take a table right away for Sunday Roast - around 3. One of the better pub roasts I’ve had in London; great for the price point (under £20 a head). The pork belly was especially delicious and portion sizes spot on.

A fabulous place with attentive and welcoming staff. My first and usually only choice. Should you feel overwhelmed, step out to a spacious back garden. Great selection of lagers, ales, IPAs and stouts.

We had our staff Christmas lunch for our team from St John’s Hoxton. It was the best Christmas lunch we’ve had together - great food, really nice atmosphere, good service! Thank you to everyone at The Eagle!!

Incredible pub, always consistently great, never had any complaints. The food is excellent, the fish and chips is great, and the selection of alcohol is exquisite. Highly recommended you try.

They sell alcohol free beer on the tap! Made me feel less of weirdo ordering one too… Staff all helpful, loos clean, and they have a beer garden. 5* from me!

Pub dreams! Came alone to enjoy a quiet evening meal and drink and felt super comfortable. Great cozy atmosphere, good variety on the menu, and nice service.

Delicious food and relaxing atmosphere - perfect for a Sunday roast. Excellent bloody mary. Brad was super helpful, answering all my questions. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended 🙂

Tasty food and good atmosphere. Staff are super nice to customers. Wide range of food and drinks available including vegetarian options.

Would highly reccomend this pub to everyone, especially for the Sunday roasts. Location is handy too to get in and out of Central London.

Back again at our favourite local… can beat a juicy burger… so fresco in their back garden!

I cam here before an event and I had such a wonderful time. The staff treated me so nicely, need to give a special mention to Brad. He has an amazing aura around the customers and makes everyone feel at ease.

First time popping in for a drink. We were unsure about the place based on outside observations but thoroughly enjoyed yourself. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating, nice layout. Staff were super friendly and the chips we ordered were delicious. Looking to come back for the quiz on Wednesdays

Came in 20 mins before close had 2 drinks, very polite staff, good local pub, didnt catch any names but the man in the ponytail was very polite, good pints in cold glasses, couldn't ask for anything more.

been coming here for a while the pub quiz in the week is also very funny.

I was served by Alex who was extremely friendly and gave great beer recommendations. I will be coming back purely for him. Fantastic beer garden
