Today I visited this lovely charity shop. Clothes are in good condition (clean at least). I think the environment of this shop are better than other charities shops I have been to. I was surprised by the price at the beginning. After I have tried two dresses, I asked the store manager:"The dress fits me very well. I like it so much. However, the price is out of my budget. Can I get some discount?". A few minutes later, When I gave up asking for a discount, I picked a necklace and wanted to check out (6£), she gave me a reasonable offer. Finally, I only paid 30£ for the dress and necklace. Aha, I didn't notice that there are so many unpleasant reviews from previous customers. Anyway, I was happy with the price and service. I love my 'new' dress and the lovely necklace:) Hope this shop can be better in the future.

Perusing at a charity shop requires a great deal of dedication, but with patience you can find amazing items. I purchased a brand new Cambridge satchel briefcase for £40! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my most positive experiences at a charity shop in London.

From the comfort of the man chair I saw my wife ask a lady for assistance. Said lady then ran across the store to get the frock. No one has ever done that for me in River Island. All 5 🌟s

One of the best shops in London for vintage, retro and designer clothing.

I used to spend a lot of time in charity shops. Funnily enough I was walking around King's Road browsing in various shops. The door was open and there was a very friendly Lady managing the shop. So I stepped inside and we had a brief chat. Just then my mobile phone started ringing. So I stepped outside the shop to take the call. After answering the phone and then hanging up. I went back into the shop for another browse. The shop was nice and bright and clean with plenty of good bargains on its shelves and racks.

Very fancy second hand stuff. Only go here if you can spend a fortune. They have very beautiful things, but not in my price-range. Staff was friendly.

Worth visiting despite consistently overpriced by about 30-40%. The best time to shop there is during one of the 50% sales, which bring it to the kind of value appropriate for a charity shop, no matter how exalted the fashion brands stocked.

I found this place while walking back from Chelsea Old Church to the station. I thought that in a place like Chelsea there'd be sure to be name brands, and sure 'nuff. It was pretty fun to see Blahniks and Louboutins right there on the bargain shelf. Mostly pretty dinged up though. I didn't see anything I wanted.

Nice place but very expensive unless you happen to visit during one of their 50% off sales.
