I and my wife when to Hajj with Al Amanah June/July 2023, from the first phone conversation with sister sobia to actually meeting the whole group at Heathrow Airport the communication was excellent. Our every question was answered promptly and professionally. Travelling from Heathrow with all the group we had all met each other for the first time was very pleasant and it was just like traveling with extended family. Through out our Hajj we were guided by Qari Makki and Qari Qazi both with vast knowledge to help us understand everything we needed to know.

This year between June and July 2023 I along with my wife were fortunate to have been accepted by Allah SWT to perform our Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage. The Hajj & Umrah was made possible by Al-Amanah Hajj & Umrah team whom are conveniently located in London (Southall) and Mecca (Saudi Arabia).

This is a family run operation whom deliver what they promise. I had failed to secure a reservation via the NUSUK online portal and came across Amanah Hajj & Umrah by chance but from the very first telephone call with Sister Sobia she provided all the necessary details to help renew my Pakistani Passport, manage our Visa Requirements, assist with Vaccinations, manage Hotel & Airline, including Transportation bookings without any glitches or delays.

The first day we arrived in Jeddah we were looked after by Qazi Ahmed and Qari Makki who assisted us along our spiritual journey of Hajj & Umrah providing religious sermons and relevant details as required in Mecca and Medina. As we performed our Hajj & Umrah in Mecca we were looked after very well, regularly updated, food was provided on time, transportation was made available at all times and we were able to perform our five days of Hajj with relative comfort and support from the Al-Amanah Team.

Al-Amanah under the leadership of Qari Makki and support of Qazi Ahmed, Sister Sobia and ground team (Hamza, Hammad, Riaz, Jabir) were exceptionally gracious, dutiful, knowledgeable, supportive, assertive and confident with their support and guidance during our stay in Mecca and Medina.

This is an amazing company that puts its customers ahead of its self-interests and delivers on its promises. I have already recommended Al-Amanah to my friends and family members and will definitely travel with them again Insha-Allah.

From booking our package all the way through to the flight back home, the customer service he displayed was exemplary. He ensured all our needs were catered to, and alhamdullilah my family and I completed our Umrah thanks to his help and advice.

The hotels and transfers were perfect for us, and the support we received while we were in Saudi was really reassuring. He remained patient as we considered all our options, and was always there to help if we ever had any questions.

My mother and I were blessed with going to Hajj this year 1444H, 2023. Alhamdulillah. Re booking a package I was concerned for my mum as she is 60+ so I wanted a group which would put her needs first. Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah I cannot praise Al-Amanah enough they are the best group by far in my opinion (based on research of other groups and real life feedback from friends and family) the whole team is on hand from start to finish to look after and also honour the hujjaaj at every stage of the blessed journey. From a personalised phone call from the group director during the booking process to bespoke gifts at the end of this once in a lifetime journey, they could not work any harder to make things easy and also special for us, I witnessed them sacrificing their own sleep and food to ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Allaah ta’aala accept from them all including group leader Qari Makki Saab (his energy and passion is unparalleled and you’ll never catch him in the same place twice as he is always running around for the hujjaaj and constantly two steps ahead in his planning and concern mA) his esteemed father who joined us to deliver a spiritual heart rendering Islamic reminder, Moulana Qazi who was a fantastic spiritual guide throughout both proactively at every step and also reactively on hand to answer our questions and put us at ease throughout. Special thanks also to Sobia baji who was amazing during the booking process and assisted with travel documentation and extremely helpful throughout, Hamza Makki, Hammad Makki, Riaz Bhai, Jabir bhai, and all the rest of the team. Genuinely can’t recommend them enough. If you want a group that will put you first, ensure everything is looked after both logistically and spiritually, then you should definitely choose Al-Amanah Hajj & Umrah. Alhamdulillah just returned from a truly memorable journey of Hajj (my first one) with Al Amanah and I am extremely thankful for all the effort and support by Qari Makki and his committed team (Sobia baji, Hamzah, Aftaab, Riaz, Abdul Rauf, Jabir, Ghulam Qadir) who were extremely helpful from start to finish and were there for us at every step of this memorable journey...What makes them stand out is clear communication at every step and enough boots on the ground to ensure that the Hajis were shielded from all the stress that comes with the intensity of Hajj so we could focus on the actual worship.. Many issues during hajj from initial booking and documentation process to the actual journey that are external and Al amanah company have been nothing but exceptional in handling all affairs and making sure the whole journey went well. We were blessed to travel for Hajj this year , and all our travel arrangements were made by Alamanah Hajj and Umrah limited.. Before travel we were invited for a detailed seminar which was very informative about the whole process. We were kept upto date with what was happening with our package with frequent whatsapp messaging. When we arrived in Saudi Arabia our immigration , hotel transport and accommodation were streamlined and the whole process was smooth, we didn’t even had to wait to check in hotels as they were done for us. This was only made possible due to dedication and hard work of Qari Makki sahib and his team.
Alhamdolillah with the grace of Allah we performed all our Urkans of Umrah and hajj with ease, The group leaders ensured we got to Mina, Arafat ,Muzadilifah and Jamrat at times when it was most appropriate for the whole group. This ensured that elderly and members with special needs were cared for and we were all able to perform the Urkans in best possible way.

Went on hajj 2023 with Al-Amanah Hajj & Umrah alhumdulilah. Highly recommend this team for a seamless and enjoyable hajj experience. The leaders Qari Makki and Imam Qazi ensured that everything went smoothly and always prioritised that the hujjaj were comfortable and always went the extra mile. The main thing which sets this hajj company lengths ahead of other hajj companies is Sister Sobia, who followed the hajj journey with pilgrims throughout, ensuring that the ladies side was always included, be this through ensuring a mic was in place for the lectures to be heard, prior to and during the days of hajj, and ensuring that ladies were able to be included in praying in jamat. The experience which Qari Makki has in hajj logistics is great, knowing the Arabic language he is able to negotiate with the Arabic people (such as bus drivers etc) in ways other Hajj leaders would struggle. The communication through WhatsApp groups both for ladies and men ensured that pilgrims always knew what was coming and what to expect from the hajj experience. A hajj experience you will most definitely enjoy and learn many things from insha'Allah.

First time going Hajj and Alhumdulilah was a very successful experience. I do believe Al-Amanah was a huge factor that helped contribute to this positive outcome and cannot be more thankful for Sobia, Qari, Qazi and the rest of the team, for their amazing support during the process of this Journey. Alhumdulillah, by the grace of Allah swt we have performed hajj 2023.
Hajj seemed impossible due to covid-19 as we tried and failed since 2020.
Alamanah hajj & umrah made our dreams come true and in a very special way too alhumdulillah.
They had spectacular team, working day and night so that we could perform our hajj as smoothly as possible. Qari Makki , molna Qazi , brother Altaf and all helpers including drivers they all looked after as their own families
Never once we were left stranded or unattended. The transport was always available to make our journey easy given the fact that the weather was extremely hot.
Everything was taken care of, such as checking in and out of hotels, phone sims, transport, lectures, guidance, caterings, groups, ziyarah and all the rituals of Hajj and much more from Heathrow till we landed back to Heathrow.
We had pre hajj seminar which helped as out with all the information we needed for Hajj and we met our lovely group of people.

We had the best experience with Alamanah hajj & umrah.

I made the Hajj booking with them just before the pandemic. From day one their customer service been exceptional despite the issues and problems everyone facing in the industry, they kept me well up to date with everything through out the period of 2 years. Whole team was well informed to answer any query when asked. Due to Hajj cancellation by the Saudi authorities they issue me with full refund without any deductions. From the second we booked our trip in February 2019 with Irfan Bhai, Al- Amanah Hajj group has been an absolute delight to have travelled with, they have given us regular updates and not once left us questioning any part of our trip. Our journey was made easy Alhumdulilah thanks to their constant support and information. The seminar was highly informative and we were treated exceptionally. We went away with our mind at ease and any concerns put to rest.

Once we reached Makkah, Qari Makki saab, his wife and the ground staff were superb, they were constantly with us and treated everyone with kindness and respect. They went the extra mile to ensure we were safe, worry free and completed all steps of Hajj in the right manner.

All the leaders and scholars were very friendly and guided us each step of the way. They were multilingual to cater for every ones needs. The Al-Amanah team were constantly on hand to support people who required special assistance and this was amazing to see.

The transition from Aziziya to Makkah and then Makkah to Madinah was smooth and check- in to the hotels was done for us. Once again, the stress was taken off our shoulders. We are amazed as to how they took on the responsibility of every person in the group.

We have absolutely no regrets or complaints booking with this excellent Hajj operator and we would highly recommend them to anyone lucky enough to planning their journey for Hajj in the future Insha Allah.

From the beginning of our blessed Hajj journey (2019) to the end, Al-Amanah Hajj group gave exceptional service. They catered to every one of our needs and made sure we were fully aware of each and every step we were to complete. The team was always on hand to support us and make sure every thing we needed was given to us. Our Hajj journey was made really easy thanks to Al-Amanah group and we simply cannot thank them enough. We saw them first hand, treat people with disabilities with so much respect and with a lot of care.

The Al-Amanah Group was very organised as even our hotel check-ins were done for us so this was another stress that was taken off our shoulders. The Al-Amanah members were also super helpful, kind and easy to approach and we now regard them as members of our family. They worked so hard, day and night to ensure our Hajj journey was performed effortlessly.

Faultless service from the Al-Amanah team throughout my Hajj trip. Returned on Thursday and I cannot stop praising this company for the amazingly personal, attention to detail and highly organised service they provided for each and every Haji. I had special requirements due to my health and Qari Makki and his dedicated wife went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met.
SubhanAllah I didn’t expect such love, care and meticulous thinking to make every step and every ritual smooth for us all. I felt I went to Hajj with my own brother and his wife who deprived themselves of sleep to avoid any unnecessary hiccups.
What I loved most about Al Amanah was that they informed us every step of the way what to expect and what is within their control and what is not. Qari Makki is certainly a man of his words like a true Muslim. The punctuality and organisation of the team is worth shouting about. They had extra support staff circling our group during the busy tawaf to ensure no one got lost on their first tawaf, during Rami the team knew exactly where to take the group so we could go in quickly in the heavy crowd and do our stoning and come out to meet the team again. If it wasn’t for the team we might have also followed others to stone in the corners where it is heavily crowded.
The Al Amanah bosses slept where we slept, ate what we ate, they never left us anywhere. The Islamic scholars, Qari Makki and his wife were available 24/7 to answer any queries or provide assistance.

Arafat is the main part of Hajj and the wuqoof in Arafat was mind blowing. So many different Mufti’s and Islamic scholars in English, Bengali, Urdu and Other languages. The sincerity, emotional and spiritual feeling they brought during their duas was priceless. I had written a big list of Duas but they covered everything and brought everyone to tears. I was so satisfied and at peace that my Hajj was completed properly.
I also enjoyed the Islamic talks they provided every night. Lots of history and informative things to learn about Makka, Medina and the other significant places and symbols visited during the sightseeing tours.
I have been making dua for this team from the bottom of my heart. They actually really care about ensuring our Hajj is completed properly. The price paid Is well worth it considering the extra effort and meticulous planning and support they provided every step of the way. It was like someone holding your hand throughout the journey.

The only room for improvement I see is that you could provide less heavy signs for the poor support staff who took the groups out. They held those signs up for hours just so we don’t get lost in the crowd. May Allah reward them with the best of this duniya and akhira. Ameen
