Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and a wide variety of well laid out goods of superb quality with affordable prices to match. My weekly,...if not daily place of guilty pleasure to shop, have a laugh, share stories and have a go at the staff in a good way. Haha!

The most polite bunch I have come across in a charity shop. I have just moved into the area and now know Peter, Steve and Sue who made me laugh so much (I have bad depression and this made my whole day) I will most certainly be back to keep my spirit going. Thank you to all, I'm sure the rest are just as pleasant.

A seamless and friendly donation experience, even though the shop was very busy a member of staff was able to help straight away.

One of my local charity shops and I come here often.
I love this shop! friendly staff, great selection of clothing and a nice changing room. They also have a decent selection of home wares and toys.

I remember doing my volunteering work here in 2013 for around a month. Afterwards I got transferred to another Salvation Army chairty shop in Oxford Circus for the next 2 months which was also an alright experience. It also taught me to be flexible when covering other charity shops. However my only down side while volunteering was that the manager never let me handle the shop till. I remember I recommended my friend to volunteer to help in the Oxford Circus shop, and two weeks in , I see her on the till. From what I think it looked like the manager did not trust me and she was just letting only women take care of the till duty while I take care of the stock room, and the shop floor which in this case I was dissapointed with. I mean I didn't do anything wrong. Was my former manager sexist?.... I don't know..... Did the experience benefit me for the future?....... Yes, my volunteering work was enough to get me hired for a one year internship at a Software recruitment company.

This shops stock takes ages to change, same old things week after week, makes a visit a bit deflating.

Staff are friendly and helpful, atomosphere a little dull.

I took a lot of clothing and shoes etc to the Salvation Army charity shop in Walworth Rd. I found the two women in there very rude, they could barely look at me to speak with me, I felt like I was invisible.
