Helen and the staff made me feel so at home, lovely and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so kind and attentive. Was given a choice of different drinks followed by the best message ever! Honestly would highly recommend and definitely will be making this my main spot! Also very instagramble!!✨✨✨

It’s clean , has massage chairs whilst getting a pedicure and they take there time to give you a great experience. The place looks amazing.

I love finding new nail gem salons when i visit London. I had the luxury pedicure that was super fantastic. Better though was the excellent service and wonderful massage chairs! I will definitely return for that foot massage and coffee. Thank you!

I just moved to London and tried The Nail Spa Marylebone my first week here. Helen was great!! I got dip powder and couldn’t be happier. The salon is very clean and the staff very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

By far the best nail salon in London! Wonderful customer service- all the staff are so lovely and they give you a coffee/tea/juice while you’re getting your nails done. I’ve tried five different salons in soho and a couple others here in Marylebone- this salon is by far my favorite and does the best job. Thank you!!! Lauren

First time at Nail Spa and my experience was amazing. I got a spa pedicure and it was fantastic. Helen was great she also gave me a hot stone massage. Leon was super helpful he tried out all the shades for me as I was looking for a specific color. Great first time experience I’ll be returning for more services in the future. Highly recommended

Very amazing service. Got my nails done in coffee shade and got so many compliments. Got treated like a princess. Manager Leon, was very great too kept on looking after with me offering coffees. Met the owner when this was about to open, he was very polite & generous with me too. Love this little gem!😍❤

Came here for a regular manicure and the technician did a great job - really good shaping and cuticle trimming. It’s been a week and the polish still looks good with just a bit of wear (this is regular polish, not gel, so I’m pretty pleased with that). The salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere and they offer complimentary drinks. I’ll be coming back!

Amazing service! I’m a regular customer and have never had any issues 😊 I’m always asked a few times if I’m happy with how my manicure or pedicure is turning and free beverages are always given! 10/10

I absolutely love this salon, I’ve been coming here since they opened and I don’t trust anyone else with my nails now. They get my nails perfect every time no matter what length, shape or design I want. They also have a large range of colours in shellac and SNS dipping powder, they have it all. All the nail techs are so talented and lovely and always ready to give you their professional opinion in case you can’t make up your mind (and I’m always happy with their recommendations). The manager is so kind and hospitable and looks after you completely. 10/10 definitely recommend :)

Took my wife here for a pedicure and manicure and what a service these guys provide! I was only waiting for her and they went above and beyond for her and myself and insisted I had a seat in the massage chair whilst I waited for her. They provide lovely highly quality hot and cold drinks with premium coffee and organic teas. Fantastic massage seats, probably the best I've ever used and very attentive to my wife's demands when it came to shaping and styling her toes and nails. I've insisted this should her place to go from now and big shout out to the wonderful team there. Thanks Leon, Duckie and Linh!

Update: went back a month later - this was the best pedicure that I have had in ages! Rosie did a fantastic job, and the leg massage that she gave me was amazing. Also, they have the massage chairs, which I haven't seen at any of the other 5+ spots I have tried in the area. The best part is they are more reasonably priced than all of thos other places, as well.

This is my new favourite place to get a pedicure… I feel spoiled at the end of each session. Dickie gave me a lovely pedicure and a foot scrub and massage. Leon was super attentive and makes a great latte. I love it so much that I’ve given this as a gift to my personal trainer and my partner. My PT absolutely adores the manicures (I’ll try those next!)

5 star customer service. Nail shop just opened 3 days ago. Luxurious quality of product worth every penny. From Lyon to Andie couldn’t ask for more how satisfied I am with my nails. I’m in love can’t stop looking at it now. Definitely my new home. Thank you guys and welcome to Marylebone.

Absolutely amazing! Pretty and clean interior , they use disposable pedicure equipment and offer hot towel and stone foot massage which is heavenly! Polite and friendly staff offered complimentary drink at arrival! Would highly recommend!

I always experience 5 star customer service when I come here to get my mani and pedi done. I book my appointments in advance and when I arrive, I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. They always offer a hot or cold beverage which I think is a lovely touch and I’m always well taken care of when I get my treatments. The staff are so lovely and pleasant. So happy I found this place.
