Spire Diagnostic Centre

I have had my appointment with Alina today for my pre operative tests.
It has been the easiest appointment ever. She was kind, made sure I was comfortable and I can tell that having all my pre-op tests was like going out for a chat with a friend. We chatted between a test and the other and I was made feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Alina is an amazing nurse and you can clearly tell that she loves her job and cares for the patients.

I attended the Spire Diagnostic Centre, twice. Both times a lovely lady called Priti Chohan, saw to me. She was amazing and had top tier "bedside manner". Only wish she was looking after me throughout the whole journey!

Priti took my bloods today painlessly, quickly and chatted to me in a very friendly manner throughout. I don't have the easiest veins for taking blood and have had some unpleasant experiences in the past so well done Priti!

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and support you through every step of your treatment and after care. The quality of care they provide is outstanding and I feel very lucky to have them looking after me.

I had an incredibly efficient pre operative experience, from the initial booking to the telephone consultation, the reception staff having everything ready when I checked in, and then the nurse was very calm, efficient and friendly when she conducted the assessment itself - she explained what she was doing and why and made me feel welcome and completely at ease. The whole experience was first class.

Outstanding experience and staff. Nurses Alina Barsan and Margareta Bowring deserve a commendation for their professionalism, knowledge, people skills and helpfulness.

Firstly, a huge thanks to Dr Tang for being so patient with my endless queries - it is much appreciated and you've been nothing short of a hero!

I'd also like to give a shout out to Priti, who took my bloods today. Her energy is so positive and she really did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable, despite my slight discomfort around needles - hopefully I don't need any more bloodwork but, if I do, I'm praying it's you who takes my blood!

Finally, I'd like to thank the receptionists for always being so helpful and polite in our interactions.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to (hopefully!) finish. Can't recommend these lovely guys and girls enough.

The Pre-operative Assessment Team is brilliant in accommodating and arranging the needed pre op work up and investigations for patients. The whole team go out of their way with special mention to Alina - pre op manager, Margareth - phlebotomist and Alina - pre op admin! You guys are brilliant in what you do and caring towards Bushey patients.

Margarita is fantastic at effortlessly and quickly taking bloods in a professional manner with empathy and kindness especially to those who find the procedure difficult. Thank you so much!

Nurse Priti made me feel very comfortable whilst she performed all the pre assessment tests prior to my procedure next week.

We attended the diagnostic Centre
at Elstree to see Mr Addie Majed as my husband had recently had a fall which caused an elbow injury. All the staff were very helpful at reception and the imaging department. Mr Majed was excellent. Explained everything in detail and talked to us about the next steps. He was professional and re assuring and we feel in very safe hands. I would highly recommend both him and the centre. Healthcare at its best.

Had blood and MRSA tests done by Priti Chohan. Priti was welcoming and friendly. Although blood tests are usually just a small scratch, this was the most painless blood test I've ever had as I didn't even feel the scratch! Priti was also very supportive when I was talking about my upcoming surgery which was much appreciated.

Just wanted to say how brilliant Priti was at my recent appointment. Great care, very friendly & professional putting me at ease. TYSM again

The professionalism and courtesy of all the staff is exemplary a credit to their profession. I attended Mr Roux for a prostate problem and could not have met a nicer or better consultant. I am 100% a satisfied patient.
