Schopwick Surgery

Despite the challenges most surgery's face, offering advice or appointments as and when needed by patients, I have to say this surgery has been really good so far. However, I feel compelled to write this review for Dr Moses who I've been fortunate enough to see for two long term medical issues. Simply exceptional Doctor and more than that, a truly compassionate human being. Outstanding professionalism and ethics. Has helped me to get the right help and on the way to recovery. Blessed to have such great doctors at this practice!

Yesterday I needed some help which was difficult to explain.
Dr Jonathan Moses was on the line, a doctor previously not known to me.
I had some anxiety getting to the point.
He was a super listener to my problem and most helpful almost like a friend.
If Dr.Moses is new to Schopwick I wish him a warm welcome.
I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to him in these difficult times.
May I take this opportunity to thank everyone at Shopwick for looking after my family

I have been with Schopwick for thirty years. Most if the time I have found them extremely helpful. The majority if the staff are very caring and helpful and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone requiring a GP practice.

Fantastic practice. Yes, it takes time to get through to reception, but always helpful and arranged for very prompt call back by doctor. Also at the head of arranging fantastic vaccine rollout. Nothing but praise for them.

superbly and all the staff and Drs are helpful and supportive at all times.
A wait means the Dr is giving you their full attention.

It is close to my house. However, my GP forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy once and then repeated this with forgetting to add my Blood glucose test to my blood test so I had to repeat my blood test again. Also, if you have problems with veins at the time of blood test, please make sure to tell them beforehand otherwise you might end up bruised and not successful.

Same as usual can never get appointment never get to see doctor and all thay say is why don't you come see us more , hospital don't call you back and take you off there lists , so you have to just get on with it, good job this Vascular disease . 👏

I have submitted two of the most carefully thought through and helpful observations to improve their operations and asked for acknowledgement. I never got any and my advice was evidently not acted upon. On one occasion I was asked to wait by the receptionist while she finished typing a letter. One often feels that patients are a nuisance and are only there for the receptionists to parade their own self importance.

Updated phone system is too long, especially for the hard of hearing. Too many options and the website is rubbish. What happened to talking to real people. Seriously awful.

You are not able to get an appointment with any doctor at any time and it’s excuses after excuses
I would definitely not register with a surgery such as them who don’t care for your health at all

do not go to this medical center, they just dont care about their patient and keep sending you to Elstree branch , they are very rude and disrespectful.

1 hour wait on top of your appointment time with children unbelievable service totally gutter
