I absolutely love Magic Nails. So professional and at the same time really nice people! The experience is by far the best I’ve had in any nail place in Watford (and I’ve tried a few). I had Ellie and I really recommend her.

Absolutely first class nail art work and customer service! I have had my nails decorated, for my 5* Wedding and couldn't recommend any more this place! The owner is absolutely Star, he went out of his way to communicate and make sure we were comfortable. My Mom and my Friend also have had their nails done there, on the same day and they were also just as excited! Attention to detail is beyond expectations! They have menu to select hot or cold drinks from. Quality!

Today I managed to get a last minute appointment to have my nails done at this salon. I am so pleased to say I was very impressed with the service received from this salon. The owner who initially took my call and two ladies that work there are so professional and service oriented. I am very fussy when it comes to my nails and can happily say they were done perfectly. Having such a friendly and professional therapists do my treatment so well makes me want to go back and support them. I should also probably mention hygiene is great and good quality products are used.

SIMPLY EXCELLENT! The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Eniko who personally did my nails twice in the past two months is definitely the best nail technician I’ve ever had, she always pays attention to minimum details while doing my nails, doing it perfectly, in a way that I’ve never seen any other technician do. It’s really worthy it! I highly recommend this services.💅🏼

I went to Magic after a nearby salon completely destroyed my nails. I have natural long nails and I’ve been getting gel for the least 4 years. I usually take the colour off and pick a new one or a new design. For me this way my nails are always protected. In the other salon they drilled my nails so much they look like paper. You can see trough them now. After 7 days of painful bending while doing the bare minimum (showering, putting clothes on, etc), I went to Magic. I got an express OPI manicure. The girls were lovely and made me feel very welcomed. The space is very clean and the tools sanitised, which for me is a big deal. After the manicure, my nails are still bending as they’re so thin, however, the girls advised me to get a different treatment next time, to harden them and make sure my natural nails are as healthy as possible. I will continue visiting Magic, and I recommend you to do exactly the same! You get what you paid for, and in this salon you’ll not be wasting you money. They’re truly the best salon in Watford.

I’ve been having acrylic nails done for over 16 years and this was honestly the best set I have ever had!! I’ve wanted an ombré set for the longest time, and hadn’t had long long nails since pre covid so I was desperate to have the perfect holiday ombré acrylics and the beautiful Eniko came through. I was her last client of the day and but bless her she really put her effort in to make sure every detail was perfect and I LOVE my nails. She has such a lovely and bright personality too which made the experience that muchi better. Cannot recommend her enough and I can’t wait to get my nails done again here ❤

The best salon by far in Watford, I travel all the way from Harrow to have them down by Eniko. She is so talented and the finish is always so clean and perfect! Highly recommend, you won’t go anywhere else after!

Got my nails done today after a long time and they look absolutely stunning🤩 staff is really amazing🫶🏼 welcoming and friendly… offered me a drink too which was really sweet, I felt soo bougie 😉 thanks for making my nails gorgeous… definitely coming back soon.

A really great nail bar, they managed to squeeze me in and I was so happy they did . Such a great attention to detail, great colours, don't ruin your nails with the filing machines and take such great care AND they have OPI.They take card too which was so refreshing!

I have been to magic nail bar many times. I love going there because in a lot of years of doing my nails I never found the ONE nail artist that is spot on on her job, but I found her here!
She is Eni, a lovely girl that will make you waiting time worth while, offer you a drink but last not least do your nails to perfection! I love my nails, she is so professional and precise. Eni can do so many fancy nail art works and designs. Highly recommended!!! Love her she is the best.

I had my acrylics infilled and redesigned by the lovely Eni. She was very welcoming and saw to me straight away. She was very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable and offered me a drink on arrival.

She offered her professional opinion on shape and colours, showing me a selection that would look best with my skin tone (as someone who doesn't like making decisions - this was really helpful!). She has a high level of professionalism which is clear by the way she carried out her work. My nails look great weeks after having them on! She was gentle and chatty while doing my nails, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I will be booking again to see Eni again when I get my next set of infills.

10/10 would recommend Eni, she's hardworking, very knowledgeable and I love my nails!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been getting my nails done for over 14 years and have tried many different salons, this is by far my favourite. The cleanliness and hygiene level is to another level, ive never seen an actual autoclave in a salon to clean tools! The staff is sooo friendly especially the manager who always remembers me when I come, and is so helpful in picking colours that are going to compliment my skin tone.

They truly focus on customer service and making sure people leave happy as opposed to worrying about money...one time I had booked in for acrylic on my toes and the manager advised me not to have them done as the health of my nails was at detriment if I did, and advised me how to treat my nails to make them healthier, and her advice totally worked! I always look forward to having my nails done at this salon and its a wonderful experience every time. So happy to have found this gem and cannot recommend enough!

I've been doing my Shellac/OPI nails with this salon on a biweekly/three weekly basis for more than 6 months now. The staff is lovely and there are 3 things I really appreciate: (1) Although they can get very busy, they do everything to accommodate an emergency appointment, whenever they can. (2) They take the time to advise you on colours when you are out of ideas or unsure about what fits you. Lily has an eye for recommending me some new shades that I never considered and they look good on me. (3) The cleanliness standards of the salon are higher than what I've seen elsewhere.
All in all I am pleased with the customer experience so I will keep visiting.

A lovely lady Enika done my nails i absolutely love them, so kind as well. I got my nails done somewhere else previously and they were awful but Enika made them beautiful! I highly recommend 💖
