I was travelling from London Euston taking a train to Hemel Hempstead and the team there was fantastic! I had left my bag on the train and was in a panic, however the customer service was amazing, and they got my bag back to me! Thank you all so much

So I went to book a ticket at the machine to Coventry. When I went ahead to book my ticket it does tickets for today’s date soo I booked a £30 ticket. When I got the ticket I found out it was for the next day because I couldn’t make it to the last train, that’s not the problem. My problem is that the machine failed to make it clear what ticket date I’m buying and 2 travellers feel for the same trick, the staff were not helpful at all and they had attitude like I did something wrong. Fix up.

Trains need deep clean and new cushions. First class was dirty class. Would rather catch the bus then get on the train

On the train there was a notice which threatens legal action for any abuse towards the staff. However, there is no apology for the absolutely appalling levels of service nor are there any contact details through which to Chanel formal and legitimate complaints. In other words, 'Keep your mouth shut no matter how bad our service or how much we push your patience to the absolute limit.'

Would give zero stars if possible. Trains are completely unreliable and fleet urgently needs updating. Running fleet of dirty class 319 trains in 27 degree weather from Euston during peak of summer is unacceptable. Complete heath hazard and feels like a furnace.

Trains are good but organisation is totally bad... for example today, on July 18, 2021 I have a train to Northampton at 19:06. Now is 19:21 and still we are on the platform at London Euston. And still we are waiting when a train driver will arrive and will open the doors for us. Later I will post here a picture.
And isn't the first time when is like that.
And yes, everything is overpriced, especially when a journey is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Now is 19:25 and they opened the doors.
And the train leaved the platform at 19:34.
Probably we will arrive at final point with a delay around one hour, because we will waiting for a free platform at each station.
A question: If someone is going to Birmingham International and they have limited time for that?
Ever time they have massive delays... every time. One star is too much for a company with a organization like this. Sorry!

Your trains are never on time. Your stuff at Euston station information centre are rude and unhelpful. Your staff does not deserve a raise. I wish your strikes a huge failure.

Absolutely rude staff, totally unwilling to solve any problem created by them, who think they are the boss and can treat you as they want, just because they are sitting on a window office in the station.
