Absolutely incredible vet! Dare I say the best! They shower my cat with love at every visit and are incredibly observant. I always leave feeling that my cat has been thoroughly seen and taken care of by top professionals.

I had a great experience at The London Cat Clinic.
I just moved from another country with my cat and didn’t know which clinic would be the best choice to take care of her. Luckily, I found London Cat Clinic, where I could make the Health Plan, which includes the vaccinations and checkups you must do in a year. It's a reasonable price and leaves you free of worries.
Also, Dr Anna was fantastic! She took the time to get all the details of my cat’s previous history.
I’m very happy with my choice! I recommend this clinic. :)

Fantastic veterinary service. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and give excellent care to your Feline family. No quotation is too small or silly. They explain everything you need to know and give recommendations to help you deliver the best quality of life for your cat. And being cat only means the environment is stress free and everything is specifically tailored to ensure your moggy is well looked after. Can't recommend them enough!

My cats are always so well taken care of by all the doctors and nurses at The London Cat Clinic! They truly prioritise making sure they feel comfortable and at home, and take the time to properly diagnose and treat any issues. I’ve never met a team who care more about their patients, and I never feel like I’m being rushed during an appointment, even when I know they are busy. Thank you to the whole team for the incredible care you provide to my babies! Will forever be grateful for your guidance and support in managing their health and well-being. The best experience for any cat owner, I cannot recommend them enough!

All of the staff are very friendly, understanding, professional, and above all, every single person working there very clearly cares deeply about each of their furry patients!

The clinic provides complete 360° care 24/7 from regular check ups to surgeries, recommendations to vaccinations, and they also remind you when and what needs to be done!

I am very thankful to them for everything they have done for me and my cat. I highly recommend onboarding your cat there as a patient (also I recommend getting on their pet plan, it's worth it).

Fantastic care! The ophthalmologist, Dr Ursula Dietrich and her team were wonderful. They put my blind cat and me at ease. The communication was transparent and we received valuable advice. The service is pricey but worth every penny!

Luna loved her visit to the vet! I’m a recent joiner to this clinic and so far I’ve felt more at ease than I ever have elsewhere. I walked in yesterday lovely Rosie was well attentive and helped me out, I emailed shortly after my visit and had two follow up phone calls the same day!
Dr. Spiro is definitely a cat charmer as Luna felt at ease once she got comfortable in her environment as shown in the picture!
Looking forward to being welcomed back here again for her next visit!
So far so good. 😌🐈‍⬛

I am extremely impressed with the London Cat Clinic, what a wonderful place! Arthur, my 6 month old Bengal, had to have an echocardiogram yesterday, and I was very reassured with the depth of clinical history-taking beforehand, the detail of the treatment plan, and the way I was included in it. Sherry and the team were able to do the procedure at the clinic whilst communicating remotely with a cardiologist throughout, which was extra reassuring. I had no worries leaving Arthur there as all the staff clearly adore cats, and the facilities are well designed for cat comfort and stress levels. And the follow-up telephone call today was much appreciated. Thank you so much!

Pros:
- Ample parking outside (you can pay via an app)
- The reception buzzes you in so it is secure and gives me peace of mind if my cat had to stay overnight
- Very clean
- Dr Esther was fantastic with my cat Kevin, doing a very thorough check up and he also had his annual boosters. We were together about 45 minutes
- It is reassuring to know that there is always a Dr and Nurse on site (even in the middle of the night for any emergencies)

Cons:
- None

We couldn't have asked for more for our ginger ninja. Dr. Jeremy and the staff are the best. Today, we brought our Tommy, and we couldn't be happier with everyone at the LLC.

A very professional vet specialized in cats. Coming from a regular vet clinic to this one, we could instantly notice the difference in approach towards our cat. They understand cats, and they respect cats. They know that cats can't be forced into doing something they don't choose to do.
The place is very clean and the staff is absolutely amazing.
Keep up the good work!🙂

The level of knowledge, patience and reliability.. everything is oustanding and simply the best vets I have ever been to!

Dr Serina and the team are amazing. Valentino had some really complicated issues and many other places simply couldn't handle it and would turn us away. He received the best care here and is now fully recovered and living his best life.

Additionally, the clinic is well organised, clean, and calm - perfectly designed for cats. Nothing was every too much trouble for the freiendly and helpful front desk staff.

I have recently moved to west London which is pretty much the opposite end of town, but I will continue to take my cats to the clinic.

I had an appointment at the London Cat Clinic today my "Little Diva" cat's nails needed to be clipped, she's not good with strangers or unfamiliar environments.. so becomes very anxious!!! And rebels against being handled where her nails are concerned.. but I was pleasantly amazed by Doctor (Farhe) I know I've mis-spelt his name "apologies!" And the Nurse (name not known) they were able to clip her nails with ease.. I feel Bambi (my cat) picked up on their Male Pheromones.. so resistance was futile!!! Thank you to all the staff at the Clinic!

I have been taking my boy Booey to the clinic since 2020, I have to say being a cat only clinic really helps to calm Booey, he is always looking chill and relax in the clinic. The vets are knowledgable, detailed and really go into depth on examinations and treatments that other vet clinics don’t necessarily do. I have been seeing Dr Anna and Sherry, they are both amazing and really reassuring, it feels like we are a team caring for my old-age boy and that means so much. Yes the clinic is expensive so it is definitely something to consider, but you also get the quality care and they are open and willing to rectify any issues as long as it’s brought to their attention.

Helped us do an emergency check for our car after a botched test from another vet, and we're really nice.
They also helped us fill travel documentation for our 3 cats to go to Taiwan, which we managed to do without issue.

Big thank you to the amazing staff there (:

Our cat Jasmine has had some bad experiences at vets, and gets very anxious when she has to go. This was our first time at the London Cat Clinic, and we had such a wonderful experience with Dr Catarina. Jasmine fights against being held even at home, when she's comfortable, but somehow Catarina was able to hold her still, examine her gently and thoroughly, and even give her a vaccination! Dr Cat explained everything clearly, without any hint of hurry, and she took a deep interest in every aspect of Jasmine's health. I am in awe! Thank you so much for looking after Jasmine so well, and for redeeming our experience with vets.

Everyone in the clinic is so nice and welcoming. They managed to accept my furbaby during the lockdown following strict social distancing, now he has completed his vaccines and ready for castration. Oops. The clinic is only for cats, so Luna has always been relaxed during our visits.

When I first entered the clinic, I received care and consideration that I had never received before in other Vets. All the staff here were very friendly and professional, especially Doctor Stephanie (I hope I didn't misspell her name). With her professional knowledge and enthusiastic attitude, she dispelled my anxiety and highly recommended this clinic. My cat (Doudou) regained her vitality the next day, I feel fortunate and deeply grateful to have found such a clinic

Very professional service and all of the staff truly care for cats. We lost our boy Lucky 3 days ago and the staff handled everything so well and even arranged us to see Lucky one last time before he sent to be cremated. We truly appreciate how caring and empathetic the staff are. If we are getting another cat in the future, we will definitely choose here again.
