A big shop with always a great selection. Tidy, neat and very clean. Friendly, attentive and profesional staff. Mary from the skincare counter is a star; very helpful, nice and professional. I love this shop, there is always something new and many offers and promotions all the time.

It's a good store and when it opened as a new concept store it was brilliant. Boots Covent Garden now though is the place to shop - they took over Harry Ganz's The Garden Pharmacy which in itself was cutting edge with Clarins, Dermalogica etc and then made it into a skincare Mecca...well worth a visit. Anyway, Sedley Place is a good clean store with a nice team.

Gabby from Dior was absolutely lovely! She made my shopping experience wonderful. I was with her for 1hr last week, with my questions & trying on products . She was professional, friendly, welcoming and super sweet! Happy to shop again!

This would be the equivalent of a watsons/guardian for Malaysians but this store does have some luxury brands like Dior. They have a wide variety of products in-store and the staff are very helpful. Too bad the e.l.f products i was looking for wasnt in stock. Overall a good shopping experience with affordable prices even for a Malaysian tourist on a budget

Came in yesterday (Monday 20th Nov around 13:30) and was helped by Ali (trainee pharmacy advisor). Due to ADHD medication shortage it's been so difficult to find any and Ali was amazing! He helped search other stores for me and even printed out my prescription to make it easier for me to search. He gave me solid advice and I've been able to find what I'm looking for. 5* customer service because he was super kind and attentive and I really appreciated it! Many thanks team! :)

I rarely do reviews, let alone retail experiences. John, on the YSL concession just gave me an absolutely wonderful customer experience. I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to foundation etc and was sent with instructions. They were patient, friendly and as far from patronising as one.could get. As a typical straight-white-male this difficult job was made an absolute breeze by this lovely person. On a personal note; John,you have lovely hair and posture

Huge boots like. There are multiple floors with loads of options for things you might need. Needed some last second COVID tests as there's yet another variant going around.

Went in today to buy some new aftershave, the man served me (didn't catch his name. I was after a spicy scent and he went above and beyond and took his time showing me different samples of multiple fragrances. He also explained the fragrances and showed me what would be good for me. At the end I ended up buying "1 million parfum" as it hit the perfect spot. Great customer service

I cannot compliment the pharmacy staff enough, they were so helpful getting a short notice prescription going above anything I’d expect from even a local pharmacy. Queues may be a little bit slow but the staff really take time to make sure whatever you're there for is resolved so well worth it.

The pharmacy team are wonderful, as are the counter and floor staff on floor 1. The pharmacist Rita, along with their colleagues Farah and the ladies and gentlemen are very efficient at their roles. It can be challenging dealing with a diverse set of requests from UK and non-UK residents but they do a marvellous job at managing the pharmacy and striving for the best for their patients.

I would strongly recommend this store, particularly down to the helpful team and the pharmacy and healthcare department. They’re a pleasure to deal with. 5*

Big boots on Oxford street, purchased oil of Olay product which works very well for my skin, I have noticed a great improvement in my skintone which has blended so well within 3 weeks. I will recommend the product

I visited the store today and was helped by the lovely Jonathan at the YSL counter; such an elegant and thoughtful consultant, who listened to my skin concerns and advised me based on some of his personal preferences. Truly an asset to the store, he elevated the overall rather average feel of it to a high-end experience. Stellar!

This Boots branch very big 3 floors. Almost you can find anything about beauty products,cleaning products, and more. They have lover ground floor, grand floor and first floor.
Wheelchair accessible on main entrance. Me and my daughter are buying makeup, cream, face cleaning products from here and very happy. Definitely recommend. But price are bit expensive if you compare to similar shops.

The fragrance section is relatively extensive but especially wanted to mention Rade - a consultant who went above and beyond to help me find me the exact smell I wanted
He was very accommodating, clearly knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional.
Next time I need a fragrance - I am coming back here
