The food was excellent. The perfect mixture of different cuisine inspirations. Not too sweet or unhealthy. The servers had full knowledge about the menu and made good recommendations. Has a family feel to it.

Great for brunch if you want to try something slightly different. Brilliant selection of dishes with a Turkish/Mediterranean twist- mashed avocado, Feta cheese, salads, roasted peppers, smoked salmon, poached eggs, pancakes etc. Generous portions. Around £10-13 (Oct '23). Go on weekdays (10.30-12pm) if you want to avoid the weekend queues.

Frankie’s Café is a local spot we like to visit whenever we’re in the mood for amazing café food. Be it break, brunch, or lunch, Frankie’s is yet to disappoint. When stepping in we’re always greeted with friendly faces and great aromas. The vibes are always on point with the flowered wall and booth styled seats.

We ordered French toast with fried eggs, syrup, hash browns, beef sausage, and a refreshing fruit medley. The French toast had the perfect balance of crispy and soft, and the extras accompanied them perfectly. The pancakes were an absolute delight as well. Topped with crispy bacon, syrup,  beans, and scrambled eggs, it did not disappoint. For drinks, we had peach and green iced teas. Both were great and complimented the meal nicely.

We appreciate the staff dealing with our indecisiveness, taking its sweet time. She gave us ample time to make our choices without making us feel rushed. Our food arrived promptly, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive.

If you're on the lookout for a spot to satisfy your brunch cravings, I'd recommend giving Frankie's Cafe a shot. Just be prepared for a tough decision when it comes to ordering because there are so many options on the menu.

The best brunches and breakfasts in north London. Beautiful presentation, huge portions and great tasting food which is reasonably priced.

We had the Manhattan plus curly fries, one tea and one coffee and the bill came up to £22. It was enough food for two people

Seems like a real gem around this not particularly nice part of northwest London. I only ordered a coffee but got complete food envy when I saw the plates delivered at nearby tables. Amazing portions, presentation for okay prices (£8-15). They allow you to take away the leftovers. Seriously this part of London was lacking in any kind of catering establishments (apart from chicken shops) so this place is an absolute surprise. I’ll be back for sure (I’ll need to make sure I come starving or with an empty stomach as people are well fed here).

In all honesty , this one of the best cafe in London. Location , ambience , sevice , food is very tasty , well presented with loads of choices, everything is absolutely perfect . Although it's an extremely busy place , with people queueing outside for a table , the food arrived quickly and staff is very friendly , polite and helpful. A true hidden gem in the heart of Colindale , we'll definitely return very soon !

Lovely first experience here. Family friendly, lots of space inside (buggy friendly) and plenty of high chairs. Very relaxed atmosphere inside, you help yourself to menu, condiments which are readily available etc. Very busy and popular choice - took us a little while to get a table.

We ordered the full Turkish breakfast and french toast. Both excellent. Portions are huge, we shared and still didn't finish. Fresh orange juice pressed on site too.

If you don’t believe food can be sexy, then you’ve never eaten at Frankie’s. I can not gush enough about how delicious this food is. I’ve been to this brunch café several times, and not only does the taste and quality of the food go above and beyond, but the presentation is remarkable. There’s always more food on the plate than described on the menu, including but not limited to, candy, pretzels, even cotton candy. Plus, everything I’ve ordered is dusted with eatable, golden glitter. Just like the walls are painted with subtle sparkles. They’re poached eggs are… only comparable to something that would be deemed inappropriate to put in a public review.
And the atmosphere: a whole wall is dedicated to pink roses, you can see the cooks from where you’re sitting, and the staff are quite friendly. I love this place! Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place with exceptional food. The burger was so delicious that I couldn't resist eating it before I had the chance to take a picture.

Would definitely recommend Frankie’s to anyone. My boyfriend was wanting to try it out for a long time and today we went. There was a long que outside the door, people waiting to be seated. We waited for about 20 minutes but it was well worth it!
There was only two waitresses working, but they did a brilliant job working in such a busy cafe.
The food was amazing, I had a grilled chicken, bacon and pesto salad. I was told this was new to the menu and the first to actually try it. It was brilliant! I will definitely be visiting and getting this again!

Came and had to wait 10-15 to be seated as it was full, that's a good sign for lunch.

I had the Turkish Benedict breakfast, which was delicious and very filling, plus I had a latte which was nice. The meal came with a small bowl of mixed berries with a bit of cotton candy on top, which was a nice touch. Others had burgers which they enjoyed, but definitely recommend a breakfast.

The food is fresh, portions a good size. There is a variety of options. The staff are super nice and the place is quite big, has indoor and outdoor space. It’s quite busy but the wait for a table is not too long.

Delicious food, and plenty of it! If going for brunch on Sunday you need to turn up before 10, the queue was out of the door!

I was visiting London for a few days and was looking for a good place to have breakfast. Came across this gem in Edgware and gave it a try.
I have to say, the best breakfast within a budget in London you can get. I was blown away by the taste of it. And to top it off, I checked with the lovely waitress if the beef sausage was halal, her response was, "the cafe serves halal breakfast on request" which was the biggest plus point for me and my family. The taste was outstanding, the staff was friendly and everything was cooked fresh using the fresh ingredients. Up on digging deeper, the owner of the restaurant is Turkish, so that explains the halal option.
I would definitely visit again and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best halal breakfast in London on a budget.

It's a lovely coffee shop with lovely people.
The quality of the food and service are great.
We had a Turkish breakfast that was very delicious, and the portion was enough for two people.
They have Halal options as well.
It's totally a good experience.
Inside was crowded.
Coffee was great as well.
