Absolutely loved my experience!
Alana was a fantastic nail technician. She wasn't just great at the service itself, but also gave me helpful advice on choosing the perfect shape and color for my nails. I ended up with an amazing result that I'm obsessed with! Plus, the salon itself is a dream come true for any girly girl. It's decorated beautifully in pink and even has the cutest fluffy white dog and cat to cuddle with while you get pampered! Made me feel totally relaxed and in my element.

It's my second time here and definitely not my last! Alana is beyond professional yet she makes you feel like you've been friends for ages; getting to know you, letting you join in on conversations with her co-worker, etc...
Honestly feels like a second home! And they have a little dog called Teddy who is the sweetest thing. Regarding Alana's work I'll let the photos speak for themselves 🥰. She is extremely talented and always surprises me because the end result is always better than the inspo pics that I show her!!
The work that she does for the prices is absolutely incredible, and as a student, makes everything so much better as it's accomodating.

Sassy Nails is super clean, the staff are so so friendly and talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Always a good movie on in the background, and I think I could stare at my nails forever!!
They offer student discount and loyalty cards, but the prices are very reasonable regardless.

I’ve been looking for a Nail Salon that could do more than just Single colours and French Manicures and I found this in Sassy Nails! Alana has always been up for my (sometimes crazy) nail design challenges and I’ve never looked back! Always looking forward to my monthly pamper sessions with Alana and what designs she could create next!

First time going here. Lily did my nails and she did an incredible job! I will most definitely be going back. It was not rushed at all and she had such attention to detail and it was CLEAN unlike a lot of salons in London.

Me and my mother have been going to Sassy Nails since it opened, and I have never had a bad experience. Alana is an exceptional nail technician and always advises on what would look best. Not only that, but she's pretty great with nail design requests as long as you explain what you want before your appointment.

Also, her attentiveness to customer service is something to be admired (unlike many places). She's hyperfocused on her clients and doesn't pause or immediately drop what she's doing with a client to cater to people who walk in without an appointment.

Not only that but her flame designs are awesome 🔥❤🔥

I’ve been coming to Sassy Nails for over 2 years and am always so happy with how my nails turn out! Alana is amazing, pays close attention to detail and does a great job! My shellac lasts me 3 weeks and still looks perfect!

The ladies at the salon are super friendly and make you feel like family! Their bespoke nail art is absolutely STUNNING, I always get so many compliments after my appointment. The booking system makes everything so easy, and I would highly recommend Sassy Nails to everyone, all ages, all genders. 10/10!

Had a pedicure a week ago. I wanted to wait to leave this review, to see how the polish lasted. Pedicure still looks great. The salon had a great vibe. The ladies working there were really friendly. It was very down to earth, not pretentious at all. Would totally recommend this salon.

The best quality nails I have had done, always amazing results, the space itself is beautiful and all the staff are friendly, helpful and brilliant at what they do. I moved out of the area and still travel to get my nails done here!
