IT Support UK have provided us with a comprehensive support solution for our IT since 2012. Most issues are dealt with on the initial phone call and within minutes. Even the most complex problems are usually fixed the same day. Although we are based in the City of London where IT fees are usually sky high, we found IT Support UK to be very reasonable for monthly support and upgrade projects. We feel rather fortunate that we found this company many years ago. We even get help when we send a cheeky request out of hours. Great value and an excellent service.

Have used IT Support UK on many occasions to fix our server issues but in the past few years he has moved us to the cloud with share point and office 365. The results have been excellent with zero downtime and staff able to work from anywhere. Would highly recommend his knowledge and understanding of all aspects of business IT systems.
