My experience with them has been a top class, wonderful staff, always keen to help, assist some way or other. Yes they may not know everything about their offerings in the UK, but they always quickly find someone to help. I have been using ICICI Bank in India for a couple of decades, and for 14 years as a corporate customer too. They are approachable, always ready to help. Thank you team!

I recently visited this branch for address verification and initially found it a bit challenging to locate the bank. However, once I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Jayaprasad. He was not only courteous and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure that all my documents were prepared and verified promptly. His attention to detail and ability to handle my requests efficiently made the entire process exceptionally smooth. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and caring service. I am deeply grateful for his assistance and highly recommend this branch for anyone needing banking services with a personal touch.

Very warm people and helpful staff. I heard about priorities but if you think nobody helps you abroad just visit them for their banking services. Had never bothered to bank with any of the overseas branches of the major Indian banks. However late last year I was forced by circumstances to visit the Tower Hill branch as I was undertaking some transactions in India for which I needed some document authentication over here. Despite me not being a customer, Arup Anand and team were exceptional in helping out. In the process, I was pleasantly surprised to learn about some of their products like Bonds, Commercial loans etc and decided to open an account. Pretty simple and straightforward process, everything could be done through their mobile app and all of it was intuitive. Ever since whenever I have needed some guidance or help, Jay Prasad and his team have always been accessible and helpful to sort things out. Cannot recommend them enough.

I went to ICICI Bank in Southhall London, all the way from West Yorkshire as I needed something sorting with my NRO account. I met Geerish who was not only helpful but put my mind to rest and helped me sort all the issues I had in one go. He was always smiling and kept re assuring me. I was almost going to stop banking with ICICI but only due to Geerish and his reassurance I have continued banking. I would really like to acknowledge the knowledge and friendly attitude that puts customers like me at ease.

I am looked after by a very proactice team based in London with regular contact and instant access on whatsapp followed by immediate call. Excellent service on my UK and Indian accounts and really impressed with the ICICI DIRECT APP that allows me to trade Indian shares with regular recommendations from the team. My CRM is superb and i recommend ICICI to anyone looking for a complete Banking solution for business and personal needs.

I had a wonderful experience of opening NRE and UK account with icici bank. Sayeed Syed from East Ham branch was very supportive and helped me get the accounts activated real time and with no efforts. Would definitely recommend him for any services!!

I had a fairly complex problem where I needed to close an overdraft and take out a new loan. The overdraft was from an Indian Local Bank account of ICICI Bank. The local branch in India was asking me to visit a bank branch in India to close the overdraft.

Luckily, I came across Jayaprasad and Sandhya at the ICICI Bank Tower Hill branch. They processed the closure of the overdraft. This was done in 3 days.

In addition, they helped me with processing a loan application in India. The bank offers all Indian Local services from the UK now. NRE/NRO account, Indian loan application, De-Mat accounts and other services are all available and housed within the Tower Hill Branch.

All in all, it was a pleasant, helpful (beyond duty) and speedy interaction ICICI Bank in the UK and I will be visiting them in future for other services.
