I came to South Kensington today because my APP stopped working.

Great experience, had to come in to arrange for a deposit for a property. Couldn’t do it online or through the app. It’s a shame Barclays are closing branches, especially as this one is rated so highly by those that use it. Somethings just don’t work online or you want/need to see someone.
