Absolutely brilliant atmosphere! The live music was wonderful :) Smiley, friendly and helpful staff on our Valentines evening. The food was lovely, very filling and they offer a good range of tasty food.
Would recommend for any couples or families !

The food was amazing, the addition of the classical/Spanish guitar music was superb, the staff were all so friendly and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. I cannot rate this place highly enough, would highly recommend!

During my recent visit to The Strings, a charming, locally-owned restaurant, I was treated to an exceptional dining experience that truly stood out. The highlight of the evening was the delightful combination of dishes - the padrón peppers were perfectly seasoned, offering a burst of flavor with each bite, while the hummus, accompanied by crisp cucumbers and carrots, was a testament to the freshness and quality of the ingredients used.

The culinary experience was further enhanced by a carefully selected red wine, which complemented the meal beautifully, elevating the flavors to new heights. But what truly set this restaurant apart was the ambiance and the owner, Santy, who doubles as a waiter and a musician. Santy's attentive service was remarkable. He ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect, from the food to the comfort of our seating.

Every 30 minutes, the restaurant transformed as Santy played music on his guitar. His talent as a musician added a unique and personal touch to the dining experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that resonated throughout the space. It was evident that his passion for music and hospitality is the heart and soul of the restaurant.

Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent wine, and the soothing guitar music played by the multi-talented Santy made for an unforgettable evening.

Great place to spend the evening! The owner and staff are very passionate and dedicated to giving you a memorable experience. The guitarist is extremely talented - we were mesmerised by each song that was played.

Also excellent location - just across the bridge from Westminster Station, and a short walk from Waterloo Station.

What a little gem! Excellent service, really great food and a lovely atmosphere. Worth a try if your on the south bank. We had a lovely evening, we weren't rushed and the lovely music and the twinkly lights add to the lovely experience.

I went to Strings with my friends and it was amazing! The place had a great vibe, the service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. Plus, the guy playing guitar was seriously good! Definitely check it out for a fun night with awesome food and awesome music.

Stopped in to grab a bite & rest before London Eye. Asked if there was any music during the day since I am a musician and love to experience local music while traveling. Was told normally not until evening. What a nice surprise when owner came onto stage & played 2 beautiful songs for us. We had Merlot with bread & olives, empanada and calamari, which was all excellent! Would highly suggest you visit this gem and will return next visit to London.

We discovered the restaurant by accident and we were very happy about it. The place is magical. The owner is amazing, serving guests and playing guitar. The food is very tasty, well done to the chefs! The restaurant is located in the center of London so prices are adequate for the place. I recommend it with all my heart, we will definitely be back ❤

We were at The Strings yesterday for our anniversary and it's right next to the London Eye! The entire staff (The server/ The chefs etc.), including the owner (Santy) provided us a very warm welcome, quite happy with their hospitality! Santy played guitar (was surprised that he took our orders as well) and it was such a lovely time we both had!

We ordered - Pasta of the day/ Roasted Rosemary Potatoes/ Red Wine and Jonnie Walker.

Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting when you are in and around the London Eye!
