I had my lips filled. The person was lovely. Very gentle. She made me feel calm. However several weeks after treatment my lips are still lumpy and it shows where the needles were inserted. I will call to discuss after my minor operation tomorrow.

Professional service 👌. It was raining 🌧today got there way before my appointment time. The lady let me in as there were not open yet. Very friendly will definitely came back again.

Amazing experience here at my appointment yesterday. Aesthetician was so calm and gentle and made me so relaxed during my first ever lip filler session. So happy with the results. Staff are all so lovely and accommodating. Thank you all again! Will definitely be coming back ☺

Amazing treatments - all done extremely professionally and with care. Have gotten my nails done here and they always take the time to soak the gel off instead of using the gun + have also had waxing which was as quick and pain free as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!

Have never felt more welcome and more looked after than at this salon. The staff were caring and took their time to make sure the treatments were done properly. I never felt rushed or that I was just another customer. Chanelle was very experienced and did a great job with my pedicure and manicure. I needed to reschedule my appointment 3 times and Annette never once made me feel bad for it. A lovely place with lovely staff. Can't recommend enough!

I have visited to get a treatment multiple times! All the ladies are super friendly and always go above and beyond! I felt like I had to leave this comment as I happened to be there the same day as one of the 1 star comments with the classpass story. I cannot stress enough how NOT rude the girl at the reception was. She apologised multiple times for not being able to accommodate as the classpass rules do not allow for someone else to use the account. So is it that you are annoyed and making up lies because they were not willing to break the rules for you? It is not nice to play with peoples jobs and lives just because you got upset it didn't go your way.

Five star service, both ladies were so kind and did my nails beautifully and really quickly as well. I just got a regular manicure and it’s still lasted! Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent customer service! The manager Jacky was so accomodating and found a way to squeeze me and my Mum in for a manicure and pedicure. She treated us like she knew us well. Suki was fantastic in pampering my Mum with an extra long leg massage instead of getting polish done. Honestly, lovely personal experience. Loved it!

I don't understand the low rating. I agree the beautician is sometimes not able to answer the door because she is in a treatment but you can just go through the hairdressers and wait for her.
I think she is lovely, she is always polite and helpful to me and I go in around 3-4 times a week for tanning. I've never had a problem. She's really softly spoken and gentle so when people say she has been rude, I completely disagree.

I went to pampered beauty salon and received an excellent service from all the girls.

I had a shellac that I must say was excellent as it stayed on my nails for over two weeks.

Also had some waxing done that I was very happy with, I will definitely be using them as my regular beauty salon from now.

Been coming pampered for over few years, Annette does the best Brazilians and Hollywood’s and other great treatments. The staff are really kind and professional. Very welcoming staff through out all treatments, every time I go here I feel really relaxed and definitely pampered :) I highly recommend one of the best salons on upper street.

I booked in for eyebrow threading and a manicure and I would highly recommend. A really warm welcome, and my brows and nails look great. I will definitely come back.

I had a lovely pedicure here recently, the salon is bright & clean and the lady who did my nails was really nice. Great experience!

1.The receptionist was very helpful and gave me a wide range of options.

Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, this place is great! Clean, hygienic, nice staff, cute salon and a great manicure - what more could you want?
