I have been using Lucky Nails for quite a while and I am a very satisfied customer. All the staff are really friendly. They always allocate time for me, even at short notice and I really appreciate it. Michael is a master who always creates the exact shape of my nails so they look natural (even my cuticles are not easy to work on). He even helped me with choosing the right colour recently. I love my nails and will definitely be returning for more!

Incredibly fantastic nail salon! All staff work to a VERY high standard and pay great attention to detail — a lot of other salons seem to lack this quality and standard.

amazing services . The guy that did my nails made sure that I was happy w the colour I picked(by swiping them on the nails b4 deciding) Also Make sure to carry cash as that’s the payment method used overal I’m really happy w the nails &ill definitely be going back

My friend brought me here some time ago and it’s been the best salon in the area. I’ve been to a few locally and this is by far the most professional, creative and CLEAN place! The staff really understand what suit me and always do a beautiful job. They are reasonable in price considering what they do and how high the standard is. I cannot recommend them enough, the staff are really invested in making the customers happy…including me!! Thank you Lucky Nails for always making me feel a million dollars when I walk out of there!

I have tried most nail bars in Richmond/Twickenham… Lucky Nails is the best, I always walk out delighted with the result and they last. They also offer quite a generous loyalty scheme. Great service, thank you Michael and the team.

I moved to the area in December and Lucky was the first and only nail salon I’ve visited. My first visit was proof I found my new nail salon in my new neighbourhood. Each visit the results are the same - fab nails! I’ve had regular mani/pedi’s, SNS, acrylics all ending looking gorgeous. It’s hard to find a salon that does everything very well and consistently. PLUS…the added bonus is everyone is friendly and professional. I feel the atmosphere is relaxing. So whatever I’m having done I feel relaxed and chilled while listening to the music

I just came to Lucky Nails today with my 3 sisters to had SNS and Gel pedicure done. So happy. They also do waxing and eyebrows, eyelashes. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The best beauty salon in the area.
