I have been coming to the practice for a few years now and I am so happy I found them. Dr Timothy is a great dentist, very professional, gentle, patient, caring, providing tailored advice, with an incredible memory from one appointment to another, and a great sense of humour too. Dr Jassar helped me go through some of the most worrying dental experiences I have had. As well as being a great professional, he is very understanding and kind, explains each step in detail, and I felt I was in the best hands. The front desk team is super responsive, and communication is great. I cannot say enough good things about the practice. Many thanks to all the team!

Excellent experience with Dr Kajal, she was very thorough, clear and informative around the treatment I required. She did an excellent cleaning treatment and check up. Lovely practice in a convenient location near the tube. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Have been a patient at Heath Street for over a year now and have received immaculate care from Dr. Andrew, Dr. Ioannis, and Dr Jassar. Throughout my treatment plan, I have been consistently reassured, informed of next steps and well cared for (including aftercare). Overall, the entire team are friendly, professional and super accommodating (always able to get an appointment that suits my schedule). Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I had a really positive experience as a new patient with Dr Kajal who was really warm and kind and did a check up and scale and polish for me. I also had a filling done which was careful and quite quick as well. Everyone working on the front desk is so nice and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend.

They are so friendly and warm. They informed all stages and worked sensitively. I was very satisfied. Dr Radhika, Claudi and her team were magnificent.

After the excellent care provided by Dr. Andrew for my daughter, I made the decision to switch to this dentist's office, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. On both visits, Dr. Andrew and his team displayed incredible patience, especially considering I had my toddler with me. They always ensured my child's comfort while I was receiving treatment.

Dr. Andrew was exceptionally informative during my appointments, explaining each step of the procedures and the reasons behind them. During my hygiene appointment, he was gentle and consistently checked to ensure my comfort.

I've just seen Dr. Kajal for a long overdue dental appointment and I highly recommend her. She is friendly, caring and knowledgable!

For someone who can be slightly nervous at the dental clinic, she reassured me and answered all my questions. Her expert training and great communication skills meant I was fully informed about different options. At the end she carried out a detailed scale and polish! Thank you to Dr. Kajal and the team, I felt really cared for.

This practice is amazing. I see Dr Tim and have also seen Dr Radhika. They are so patient and kind considering I'm extremely scared of the dentist. I always come out of there feeling well looked after with excellent high standard of care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr.Andrew is the person to go to if you need a dentist. Simply the best , and there’s no other way to put it. I have been going to Dr.Andrew for the past couple of months and all I can say is positive things. He is very attentive and informative. He ensures you are kept in the loop of what is happening with your teeth & gums whilst taking into consideration what you can do to improve your oral hygiene. The nurse Jayna was also very helpful and nice.

First time here and excellent right from start to finish! Came in for a tooth extraction and Dr.Ali explained the procedure, precautions, risks involved. The extractions was quick and painless too.
Good after care follow up as well.

I have been seen Dr Andrew for over a year now and I could not rate him higher. His attention to detail, bedside manner and memory is phenomenal. He takes such care in explaining to you what’s happening and what is required and lays meticulous plans. He is extremely personable always asking about you and remembers things from conversations even 6 months ago. He works with such care and consideration to reduce pain as much as possible. He also works with kindness and respect with his technician’s something I have noted that not all dentists do, definitely not at my last practice. My only regret is not reviewing him sooner. For those who require a word of mouth recommendation this is it, he’s truly one of the best around.

Outstanding!!! It was such a great experience, especially considering my apprehension about seeing a dentist. My only complaint is that I don’t live in the UK to be able to continue the treatment with Dr.Jassar. He was as knowledgeable and thorough as he was kind. I learned a lot in a single visit and feel confident in continuing the treatment in the U.S.
Jayna and the entire staff were friendly and welcoming on each of my visits. They were diligent in getting the emergency specialist appointment with Dr Jassar that I needed.

I visited Heath Street Street Dental practise last month. I was experiencing an aching jaw as I was grinding my teeth vigorously. I was seen by Dr Kajal Shah. My experience during the whole process was very pleasant. Dr. Kajal Shah thoroughly explained the reasons for an aching jaw, why it’s happening, if untreated and the options I can go for. The outcome of the consultation, I decided to go for a mouthguard. The whole process was quick, efficient and more importantly I knew I was in safe hands. Once the mouthguard arrived, Dr Kajal shah contacted me within a week. She explained the process of how to wear the mouthguard and maintaining it. The customer care was excellent, after a week, was contacted by the dentist to see how I was doing.
