Holiday Inn Ashford - Central, an IHG Hotel

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and great service.
The beds are comfy and the rooms surprisingly large and airy. Although the hotel is near a road, the rooms were very quiet.
We ate dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast, both of which were lovely.

The staff at Holiday Inn Ashford International were very welcoming on arrival and dealt with my check in promptly. There breakfast buffet has a good variety and if you need anything the lady at breakfast will get it for you. The room size has plenty of space. Room service arrives quickly. I found both Siobhan and Kyle very helpful when my friend needed her car jump starting, they had leads and got the car running again for us! nothing was too much trouble, I even got parcels delivered here on my 2 week stay and they didn't mind one bit! I will definitely be staying her again on my next trip at Ashford. Thank you for a stress free stay!

The venue for our wedding and so happy we chose them. The rooms were excellent, the food and drink superb and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping us create the most fun-filled, beautiful and amazing day. 🍾🥂💕🥳🤩😍

Only there to meet friends from Holland for lunch but felt perfectly safe in a pandemic environment. All Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Lunch food choice and quality was very good and unhurried. A very pleasant time at this pet friendly hotel.

The room was very clean and well set out. It's in a good central location with good road links and close to the train station.
The price of refreshments is higher than the local area, so I walked into the town centre for a meal.

My grandson was not well during the night sickness. The night time team were so helpful. Changed rooms so they could clean up. So helpful they couldn't do anymore for us. Brilliant staff
Please take note higher managers. Its the staff that give you the good name.

Well located hotel in the leafy Ashford countryside. The front desk was very friendly, the rooms are functional. Free parking directly at the hotel. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and is without exception very friendly. We'd love to come back!

I went to the holiday in for a wedding 💑. The buildings were very well presented. The ceremony happened in a converted barn. Beautiful setting. The wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was very tasty. The staff were also friendly and efficient. A good day.

Superb experience if a little too short. Arrived very late but helpful manager checked us in quickly and efficiently, served us drinks and made us very welcome. The rooms were very clean and well presented. The towels were thick, soft and fluffy. Checkout was fast and efficient.

Double room was clean and tidy, with great black-out curtains table & chairs, well light room, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, LG TV with UK Freeview channels, and fast, free WiFi.
The en-suite shower room was bright and modern,

Nice and close to the Eurotunnel where we wanted to be fairly early the next morning. We didn't have breakfast though it is available. But we did have a tasty dinner the night we arrived.

This hotel should be proud to have bar staff like Megan. She made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A pleasant young girl whom I would be proud to have an employee. Well done to that young girl. As an employer myself I felt I needed to ensure this girl was praised for her hard work towards customers.

Great service. Everyone very pleasant. Rooms are slightly dated and not premium but that's reflected in the price. Buffet breakfast good. ☕ Spot on.

Very happy of my stay. Close to a busy road but the hotel is well insulated. You do not hear the noise from inside. Look like during my stay that the hotel has just been refurbished. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good too. I enjoyed.

Warm, clean, quiet room at back of hotel. No traffic noise or noise from other guests. Lovely shower, comfortable bed, air con. Lovely cheerful, polite and friendly staff. Good parking, easy to find and convenient for eurostar.

Location is really near the centre, and has placing to park your car. The rooms are very clean and well keeped. All the staff that I saw were really friendly and more than happy to help. In the morning the breakfast was a buffet, which was to a high standard. I would be happy to return again.

This Holiday Inn offers a garden area as well as the rooms, restaurant and bar for guests. Iced water at reception is a godsend. The people who work there are all friendly and helpful - very nice atmosphere.

Stayed here with my family and don't believe we could have had better value. Friendly welcoming staff, nice rooms and great food. I took advantage of the early booking discount and have been amazed by the value for money. The review further down is clearly for another hotel as this one couldn't be better.

Wonderful place to book a wedding. After being let down by another wedding venue, went to look at the Holiday Inn Central. A young lady called Sally walk us through the wedding layout ie the room for the service which is held in the old part of the building, which is beautiful with it's old beams. and also the function room for the wedding breakfasts. Sally was wonderful and organized every thing for us, she is very good. Issy:0
