From start to picking up my car , Nissan Marshall’s at Ashford have been amazing.
I want to add that in particular Vanessa on the front desk is the most wonderful person and just perfect for this job. She is friendly, kind, and most welcoming. Nothing is too much for her. I have mobility issues and she did everything in her power to help me feel at ease and happy.😊
The sales team are also really good and Mark has taken over from the original salesman and has been very thorough and communicated well.
Final note that there should be a duplicate Vanessa in every car salesroom. Well done to the team.

Fantastic service from Marshalls Nissan in Ashford. Helped me out massively with an issue with my truck and got me back on the road quickly, efficiently and really friendly staff. Five stars would give more if I could.

I recently had my Nissan Xtrail serviced at Marshall’s Nissan in Ashford.
This was the first time I had returned since purchasing the car and I was refreshed to experience such a friendly after sales team.
From the moment we arrived with the car we were treated by a team of hardworking professionals.
We only had a short wait before we were handed the keys for our courtesy car. The garage contacted us to say our vehicle was serviced after around 4 hours which I thought was good for a full service.
The car was cleaned inside and out and Sharon sat and explained what they had done.
The whole team were great, but Sharon is a credit to Marshalls.
Brilliant interpersonal skills and all round treatment couldn’t be faulted.

While I did not purchase the car for my personal reasons but I would specifically like to appreciate the great work done by Kayleigh on the day I came to test drive the vehicle. She was very patient, efficient and quick in explaining everything and made the car test drive experience smooth. The dealership looks great for used car deals with fair prices. Great work Kayleigh, keep it up!

From the first phone this branch has been fantastic, nothing is to much trouble and my wait time for my very first car went from 16 weeks to 1 week, this branch is at the top of its game when it comes to team work when going into the showroom everyone who has spoken to me over the phone came and introduced themselves to me. Called in with an immediate issue this morning to Nissan Marshall in Ashford, Kent.
The team were all exceptional and worked seamlessly together to rectify my cars issue with speed and professionalism.
Vanessa, the showroom host, and Sharon in Service, really pulled out the stops and eased my fears, looking after me and my car with such kindness and meaning.
My issue was soon rectified and I am very grateful and thankful for such a positive experience.

Outstanding customer service by Stephen Ramus (Sales Manager) and Joe Smith (Sales Advisor) throughout the sales process of my Nissan Juke. It is our third Nissan, as we have recently upgraded to the Qashqai E-Power, from our previous Qashqai.
It was Stephen who supported us throughout our purchases. He has always been so knowledgeable and patient and answered all our queries, especially when I visited with my wife and 1 year old.
Great communication with updates.
Vanessa, the showroom host, is so friendly and welcoming.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the team at Nissan Marshall is always very helpful. I am very pleased with my Juke and look forward to visiting again in the future with them going forward.

Great service and quick turnaround. Purchased a new motor from Patrick Lee and the team. Really great experience from start to new car collection day. Patrick consistently followed up to make sure they got everything right and delivered on time (or actually faster than expected). Definitely will continue to use this place for my services and potentially 3rd qashqai.

I was greeted by the receptionist Vanessa who was so helpful and friendly and made me a lovely cup of coffee she introduced me to Sharon who was so professional and took good care of me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend Marshall’s.

Would like to shout out to Nissan Ashford, from the dealership manager to the service manager John, I have always received a great service. Despite the issues I had with the car when I first purchased it, the individuals working there mean I would not hesitate to buy my next car from them. Always transparent and trustworthy, and more importantly they got sorted out everything very efficiently and professionally. They are the reason I would only buy a car from a main dealership. Even a year later they are very supportive, have dealt with the servicing and MOT.

Nissan staff were very honest with me about what did and did not need doing for my car. I appreciated them saying that work did not need to be done when it could have been expensive.

Yesterday, I collected my new Nissan Juke Hybrid, Kayleigh handed the vehicle over to me, she was polite, friendly and easy to talk to 5 star service. The dealership is clean, bright and a pleasant place. There are lots of new cars & used cars to choose from. Definitely give Marshall Nissan a call if you are looking for a car.
