Alhamdulillah I had my first Umrah experience. As a first timer who has also never been to KSA, I needed a lot of guidance and had to be part of a group since I was traveling without a mahram. Hajj and Umrah express provided that assistance and guidance, despite me traveling from South Africa, which is a country not typically covered in their travel packages, they tailor made a package that worked for me.
Upon arriving in KSA I met up with the rest of the travel group and was welcomed and became part of the travel family. Sheikh Mahdi provided us with advice ahead of the Umrah in order to prepare us. And during the trip he provided lots of guidance, sound advice and knowledge that was key in us making the most of our time in Makkah and Madinah and just in helping to improve one’s Deen. I was touched by the kindness and generosity of the shaykh and other organizers who made the experience all the more memorable, educational and spiritually enriching. This experience has made me want my younger siblings to travel with Hajj and Umrah Express for their trips to Makkah and Madinah.

I Highly recommend Hajj and Umrah express to anyone looking for a credible, authentic seerah filled umrah experience. Alhamdulillah Allah called me to preform umrah again this year after having an awful experience with Elia travels. Before going with Hajj and Umrah express I had a horrible case of ptsd due to the unfairness and lack of guidance from Elia travels, especially for sisters. Alhamdulillah Allah blessed me to book my umrah with Hajj and Umrah express because Allah knew that they provide the best service to help pilgrims feel comfortable. Allah blessed Sheikh El Mahdi with great knowledge as the sheikh took us on zirah both in mecca and medina. Not only did we go to famous places like Qubah, uhud, arafah, muzdalifah etc but shekih el mahdi went above and beyond to show us in detail places like the mountain where prophet muhammed (p.b.u.h) and Abu Bakr (r.a) hid from the Quraysh, the sunnah of arafah, the 6 places of paradise in medina one of them being mount uhud itself. The sheikh showed us a place in mount uhud where the sahabi took the prophet (p.b.u.h) to yank the sharp rods of metal in the prophet's check (p.b.u.h). We also went to places that UK tour guids rarely visit but have a great significane in the sunnah such as Taif and Badar. These ziarats gave us a complete visual experience of the seerah.  During the Ziarah we went to bonus places like the Rose factory and Shifa Well (a place where 70 prophets drank its water including musa (a.s.). The sheikh also took us to many locations were the prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) changed its history e.g. the helmet mosque in medina.  We also went to the homes and graveyards of the sahabah and spread our salams to companions such as Talha, Jabir, Ja'far, Abdullah ibn Abas, Maymuna, Hamza, (may Allah be please with them all). Sheikh also ensured that we had regualr coffee and food stops along the way to help maintain our focus.
Thanks to Hajj and umrah express I now know what our prophet (peace be upon him) went through in order to hand this religion over to us. May Allah bless Hajj and umrah express, they have cured my ptsd and showed me what a completed umrah looks and feels like. This inshaAllah is not the end, I have already recommeded them to my family and friends and I will forever do so with anyone I meet in the future inshaAllah. May Allah bless me to travel with them again and may Allah continue to bless the Hajj and umrah express team, ameen!!!

I've used other companies, but this one is 💯 the best Taha kept in contact with us every second of the way. He listened to what I wanted, what I needed, I had mum with health problems/wheelchair and I was travelling with my son. This trip had to be organised correctly so mum had a good Umrah. Taha organised everything making sure I had women's entrance and a 5 min walk to each location. He messaged each time to make sure I was OK. He genuinely cared that our Umrah experience went well. I've told all my friends how amazing this company is and Insha Allah I will be called again. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again. Why not let these guys take the stress out of booking your dream Umrah or Hajj. I know I'll be back with my family. I cant thankyou enough. A million stars isn't enough.

I just returned back from Umrah, it was truly a life changing experience. Alhamdulillah this spiritual journey has given the time to reflect, re-focus and it was the spiritual reset I needed.
Jazāk Allah khair Sheikh El Mahdi for being our religious leader and taking us on the Ziyarats; they were very informative and gave us an insight on what our beloved Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and the Sahaabas went through to allow us to practice our deen. The journey was spiritually uplifting; I learnt so much and your enthusiasm and passion has inspired me to study the seerah of the prophet S.A.W further in Shaa Allah.
For those of you wishing to embark on this journey, I would highly recommend Hajj and Umrah express. My mum recommended Hajj and Umrah express as she travelled with them in 2011 to perform Hajj and 2019 to perform Umrah and she was absolutely right, they did not disappoint. The hotel locations in both Makkah and Madinah were walking distance from the two holy mosques; the Ziyarats including the extended Ziyarats were well organised. The leadership of Sheikh El Mahdi accompanied by motivational speaker Brother Faisal Latif made the experience all the more enjoyable. May Allah SWT continue to bless all those involved in making this a journey of a lifetime and may Allah SWT accept all our Umrah. Ameen. In Shaa Allah I would choose Hajj and Umrah express again if I am blessed to embark on this journey again.

Alhamdullilah ! this is the 2nd time I have been blessed with going on umrah last week and on the 3 mosque tour last year with Hajj and Umrah Express. I have recommended them to family members and others already, based on my own experiences, which have resulted in increasing my love and knowledge of the deen.Staff are really helpful and are readily accessible and Shiek El Mahdi the religious scholar shares his extensive knowledge, in a really inspiring manner, Masha'Allah barak Allah. The zirat are really educational and enjoyable.

Absolutely great to have been on this spiritual journey with Sheik Mahdi. One of the highlights for me was the Zyarat, things l thought I knew, explained even further. Monumental places l had not heard of, visited. And l thought l knew them all. The accommodation in Makkah was way more then l expected. A true religious guide through and through. This was our first time doing Umrah Alhamdulillah and was truly a life changing experience. This was a life-changing experience! Alhamdullah!

On our first day of arrival at Makkah, we completed Umrah and we were led by a tour guide who led us for Tawaf and Sa'i, reminding us what to say for each rite and reminding us to correct our intentions.

During our 10-day trip, we visited Makkah first and then Madinah. During our visit, we toured with Shaykh El-Mahdi and visited several historical sites such as the Cave of Hira, the Graveyard of the Companions (Including Ahlul-Bayt), Badr, Mount Uhud, Khaybar, Ta'if, Masjid Al-Quba and other significant Masjids. Not only did we visit these sites, but the Shaykh gave us talks on what happened at each site and reminders on the sacrifices made by our righteous predecessors! May Allāh ﷻ bless them!

We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to complete their Umrah! (You'll also get a bonus "Sheikh El-Mahdy" discount at certain shops 😉)

I’ve gone 5 times with Hajj and Umrah Express now, all groups led by Sheikh Mahdi. By Allah, wouldn’t go with anyone else. Sure you have to be a little patient with the bookings prior to the trip, but it is by far the best experience you will ever have. The trips are not just for the sake of the rituals, they’re undertaken with purpose and truly connect you to your faith. You will learn, you will cry, you will be reborn. You will leave your heart behind.

I am absolutely content and pleased with the organization of the Umrah trip by Hajj and Umrah Express. Everything was very well organized from beginning to the end and the quality of the service was superb.
The amount of Islamic knowledge and information shared on was undeniable by the Shaykh and the Hafiz. I definitely got lots of spiritual gems and reminders which I try to apply in my daily life now back. Both of them and the travel agency looked after us very well. They are readily available to help with any question you may have.
I will travel with them again in shaa Allah in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just want to start off by Palestine (Jerusalem) wow such a magical place the knowledge that was given to us about the old city was amazing, I loved this place so much thinking to go back at the end of year , our accommodation was perfect, clean rooms, home-cooked, food and breakfast was was wonderful, it’s run by local people which made me feel at home, friendly and welcoming

Next step Mecca

Again Sheikh EL Mahdi who was really helpful to me throughout the process of my umra. Our hotel was amazing convenient to get it anywhere you like , the view for my room was amazing , breakfast was delicious and so many options. Couldn’t ask for anything more from this part of our journey, and at this point our group felt like a family , which felt beautiful.

Last stop Medina

Again, our accommodation was perfect, easy to get to to everywhere you like , the staff are friendly and very helpful , rooms were very clean. We did have a day trip with the group and again, the knowledge that was given to us was priceless. I learnt so much about our religion and I didn’t know.

Overall, if I could give 10 stars, i loved every minute of my journey with is this establishment?and I would definitely go again,

What an amazing journey. The knowledge that I gained will remain with me always. This is due to the knowledge Sheikh Mahdi has may Allah swt grant him more. Travel Express exceeded my expectations, from the time I booked my umrah to returning back home all I did was concentrate on my ibaadah and they did the rest and even took care of the COVID test I needed. The hotels where we stayed were of the highest standard and a two minute walk from the grand mosques both in Madina and Makkah. The tours took us to places that we learned in the Seerah of the prophet pbuh but to actually be there is amazing e.g Badr, Taif and all the rest. I never expected to be taken to experience the life of a Bedouin in the desert and even got treated to a desert drive in the dunes and a barbeque.
Basi was amazing he made sure to be in both Madina and Makkah ahead of our arrival to ensure we had a smooth check in and our stay was smooth. Travel Express organised someone to come and sort out SIM cards for us. I would highly recommend Travel Express to anyone. I am already planning my next umrah.
