Avoid this travel agency particularly the guy call Bashir Ali. It’s a scum!!!
The brother who recommended me this agent had his ticket but I never received my family tickets since paying the down payment of £2k since September 2023. When I paid off the remaining £1k on the 20th December he promised me I’ll receive my ticket the minute after the payment but it was all lies and the worse bit he makes you believe he has the tickets and asked you to be patient…. Making up excuses and telling you what you want to hear even swearing on the name of Allah but all lies and lies. Such a compulsive liar !!!
Avoid at any cost. No tickets, waste of time and energy for 4 months !!!

To anyone out there, Please avoid this fraud travel agent.

They use people in Pakistan to call you and sell you cheap tickets and once you pay them you will never see your money again.

The scam is organised by one Musharaf Altaf (owner) also known as Nasr Qureshi. who gave the fake 5 star reviews (which is also against the law)

These scammers also run different fake travel agencies including OUTLOOK TRAVEL UK among others registered at different addresses.

I recommend that this travel Agent do scam people...just cancelled my tickets with all my instalments payments...I haven't been able to retrieve my money back up till now.
